I went to an ulta in Charleston WV and paid for 9 items and only received 8 in my bag, not to mention when I was leaving the store the cashier almost forgot to put something else in my bag but caught me on my way out. I noticed the next morning that I was missing a product and called them back and explained that I never received it. The lady told me to just bring back the receipt and they would give me a new one.. Well once I went back to the store, the manager had me waiting for half an hour just to come back and tell me that there isn’t anything they could do. I lost $15 and an hour wasted of my time. Horrible experience to say the least and I do not recommend trusting ulta with your money.

I was told my package was delivered, but when I looked outside there was nothing there. I waited 4 days before contacting them just in case it decided to show up. I told them I never received my package and asked if they could reship it. They told me they could not because it says it was "successfully delivered". I then asked for a refund since it was not my fault. They told me to file a police report, for a package that was delivered to the wrong address.. Makes no sense.

I ordered 2 gift cards on December 9, 2020. I got an email that they did not mail them until 6 days later on December 15, 2020. One was a Christmas gift and the other a birthday gift. It is now 12/26. I still have not received my gift cards and can't get a response from customer service. Very disappointing. I know the mail is backed up this year but it shouldn't have taken 6 days to mail 2 gift cards.

that sweet and simmer lip boom is a joke you guys took this off another girl who has a business of her own. your stealing something she worked hard on and taking credit. your make up is garbage anyways and now i am more disappointed over this as well. her name is shelly sahi and she is the CEO of sahi cosmetics. take this product of the shelves at once this is awfull towards small business and people who put time into there work.

My 20 something son purchased a gift card from the NE Columbia Ulta. When they bagged the purchase, the gift card was not included. We discovered this Christmas eve about 1/2 hour before the store was closed. My son ran over to the store and asked if the store could void the purchased card and give him a replacement. The clerk, then the manager refused, saying that they did not do this, but he must have lost the card and they would not refund the purchase. He explained, for a second time, he didn't want a refund, but the purchased voided and another card issued. They seemed confused and refused. He finally left. My wife frequently purchased from here, but we will NEVER purchase from this store again. My daughter frequently purchase from the Hilton Head area store and has never had issues. I can only suppose this is a local management issue. We will be escalating this, but will never return here.

I do not like being profiled in your store.. I want to shop without someone acting like they aren't watching me . Then when I showed product the lady grabbed all the items and said here you go .. I wanted to spend 60. Ended up spending 175.. for that you have lost a customer for life.. merry christmas to you :)

I ordered Clinique products from Ulta online. Because there was a free gift with a purchase price threshold, I ordered additional products to qualify for the free gift. It did not arrive with the purchased products. When I called to complain, The representative refused to make it right. (Their customer service is obviously foreign based as I could barely understand her.). Never using Ulta again.

Ordering online service is terrible. I ordered and item December 8. As of today, Dec 23, the item is still in warehouse. Customer service reps are in another country and no help. I asked for a refund and was told they could not because order was processed. Do not order from Ulta online.
