If only I was able to give zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of ordering items from Ulta on line and I WILL NEVER EVER DO THAT AGAIN! My credit card was charged with three different transactions for the order. I placed 11 telephone calls to customer no-service with zero results and was not able to get my account credited for the over charges.

I accidentally had my order sent to the wrong address. I get that’s my fault but the customer service was appalling. When I tried to get my tracking number they hung up on me and they didn’t even try to work with me to resolve the issue. So I’m out of $200. I’ll never shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Tried tracking a gift as I never received a tracking number. First I went through the online chat service and was told the gift had shipped but she didn't have a tracking number and that she worked for a third party and not directly for the company. She gave me a phone number to call to get a tracking number. I called the number, and after the usual ten-minutes on hold, was told that since this was a gift card I need to be transferred to yet another person. Waited on-hold again and was told by this person that the gift had not yet shipped even though it should have shipped two days ago; it's been four days since the order was placed. So the on-line chat person tells me it has shipped and the person on the phone tells me it hasn't. Clearly someone is lying and regardless I still have no tracking number.

I ordered 5 small things from Ulta and was supposed to receive my package December 30th. On December 29th I checked the status of my delivery and it said it’s on schedule for delivery on the 30th. The 30th comes and I still get no package. Today, 31st, I checked the status and it said my package was delivered on the 29th. Not only was it not delivered, but they claim they delivered it to my town, not even an address! DO NOT ORDER FROM ULTA. What a waste of time and money.

I would never go back into this place again ,I thought it was very over priced and nobody helps you out.I honestly don't wear make up myself every once in a while I wear it .I walked into this place and I am not the type of woman that wears make up everyday But I have a Date on Sat so I thought about getting new makeup .The people that were on there gave me dirty looks and nobody would help me .I walked around this store because I was looking for eyeliner but I thought maybe I would get some new eye shadow and some mascara .Finally after wondering around somebody asked me if I needed help and she really wasn't a big help .I figured this out myself and I got up to the cashier and this all came to 65.00 ..I payed the $65.00 and when I walked outside I looked at my reciept and thought to myself what a idiot I am for paying this kind of money .I called a friend of mine up after I got outside and told her what I did and she didn't have anything nice to say about this place .This makeup I got is a good investment because it will last me quite a long time since I hardly ever wear it .But I got asked out for coffee by a really nice guy and I want to look nice for this date.I was not at all impressed by this place at all and I kinda felt funny in there because I am not a woman that wears makeup everyday and I kinda felt like people were judging me and snubbing me off ,But that is okay because I am okay with myself today and I don't have to wear makeup everyday .I thought this place was very overpriced and I will never return here again .And I will let my woman friends know the experience I had here .But my one girlfriend that I talk to really didn't have any good things to say about Altra Beauty ..

I ordered online and then my order shipped and everything was fine until I noticed my address was wrong and it wasn’t being delivered to me. I emailed customer service and they said that because it was successfully delivered that they can’t refund. It was literally the websites fault that my address was wrong because it just used different numbers in the line. I spend a lot of money here but not anymore.

If I had a chance to rate 0, I would love to, as this company doesn't even deserves 1 star. The worst service, no customer service at all. They are simply screwing their customers over ,I had an order I was waiting for a month, then I was told it had been delivered, even though I have a doorbell camera and every proof they need to see. they just stole my 266 dollars, without an investigation and each agent was telling different story.

DO NOT ORDER A GIFT CARD TO BE DELIVERED BY MAIL ! I ordered a gift card 12/8. Email from them said they’d send me shipping info within two days. After four days and no info from them, I emailed but got no answer. The fifth day I called. After being on hold for 40 minutes I was told I had the wrong department(??). They transferred me and I was hung up on. Tried again with same result. On eighth day I emailed again. I was told by return emailed it had shipped. Still no card by the 20th. Called and was told it could take between 7–12 days. Said it should be here in next day or two. Called back on 12/22 and again told it should be here in next day or two. After much arguing I finally got them to cancel card and refund my money and then went to Walmart and bought a card. I finally received it 12/29. 3 weeks for a gift card is obsolutely crazy!!! Never again!!
