DO NOT buy Ulta gifts cards online A $50 gift card (GC) was purchased on 11/30 and "shipped" on 12/5 through USPS 1st class with NO tracking number. We thought it may have been caught up in USPS delays since people are receiving holiday cards in mid to late January and would still arrive. GC was NOT received and there was no way to follow the shipping progress but when contacting customer service, they stated the GC had been used and had a zero balance. HOW? The GC HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED? We don't know if it was delivered to the wrong address or if someone from Ulta or USPS swiped the card while in transit. With no tracking number, we will never know. The customer service rep would not offer any compensation. Pretty much, sorry you're out of $50. When asked where the card was used, the rep could not determine that information. It was really a useless conversation. They weren't rude but just not helpful at all. Ulta should be using tracking numbers on ALL website purchases. I will never buy GCs from them online and Sephora, although inconvenient and smaller, is looking better and better all of the time.

We placed an order in Nov 2020 it said it delivered in december 2020. It was not. It was reshipped again in december and then it said it was returned to their store in Jan 2021. We contacted Ulta three times and still have not received a refund. I will never buy from them again online or instore.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Placed an order and within minutes realized it was shipping to a old address. I called within minutes was told they could not change the address to the billing address and could not cancel the order. Since it delivered they expect me to pay for it. I did everything on my side to keep this from happening. It is your fault you are out product. The absolute worst customer service.

If there was another option for purchasing my products (even at a higher price) I would choose the other option. Ulta employees are unfriendly and rude. I do not understand why the employees work with the public if they do not enjoy working with the public. Ulta in general needs a customer service reset. The absolute worst customer service. I placed on order online that claims that it was delivered but wasn't. Took multiple chat and phone calls- one with someone who spoke over me and hung up. Kept being told to wait on the package when it was being returned to sender. This will be my last order with them. May not even shop in store after this experience. If you have to deal with their poor customer service demand a supervisor and tell them what you need, don't even bother trying to speak with their rude, unhelpful reps.

I wish I would have looked for ulta reviews before I ordered online. Customer service is terrible and corporate level isn’t any better. I guess they have become a 5 billion dollar company by stealing money from customers. I made a $190 order that was supposedly delivered on Jan 6th but I never received it. I have been dealing with them for 17 days and they don’t seem to care at all. Guest services says I have to talk to corporate about it and when I do they go off of it being marked as delivered but I never received it. I had to call three days in a row in order for corporate to contact me and when they do they don’t call instead they just leave a voicemail to reply to an email they sent never attempted to call they just give you a run around and avoid talking to you too because as much as they repeat they care about customer satisfaction they don’t and don’t care if they lose customers because they will just take money from others.

I placed an online order on 11/24/2020, a total of 6 items, worth $350. My order was separated into two tracking numbers: one for just one item and the other for the remaining 5 items. I received one item fairly quickly, but the remaining 5 items never arrived. I contacted Ulta Customer Service and was told "everything was delivered". A supervisor of Ulta customer service sent me an email and said the same thing and attached the delivery proof of the tracking number that was delivered already. I emailed back and asked to check for the other tracking number assigned for the remaining 5 items, but they never responded. I filled a claim with BBB and finally received a response from Ultra, saying that they processed a refund. For anyone who's experiencing the same issue, filing a claim with BBB may help you get a response from Ultra. I will never purchase from Ultra ever again.

Long time to ship my order. Status changed to “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package... the note in the order status says “delivered to an individual”. I was at home all day and no one knocked or ringed the doorbell. Now reading the reviews I think is going to be a battle to get a refund or replacement. I need to wait 3 days to call them and try to solve this problem. Total waste of my money, time and patience
