Not my first time ordering on Ulta since they change their shipment with lasership but it is the first timenot receiving my package. The tracking said it was delivered and left with person, which the name shown as my name but with a unknown signature. I Never received the package nor anyone received for me. And usually package are left by the front door with a picture of proof for delivery, but this time with a fake unknown signature and my name? Customer service is horrible too. They just blame thatthe package is delivered and they won't able to resent or refund for me.

I wanted to give my experience with Ulta, I usually used to purchase alot online and I mean ALOT!! But this time I made a purchase of almost 400 dollars worth of products which I never received and I called, and send emails about the issue and nothing they kept telling me that the package was delivered but the strange thing was that the company that delivered the package I never heard of it when I usually received it by fedex or usps, anyway I spended almost 2 months trying to get ant solutions and the customer service kept telling me that a supervisor was gonna get in contact with me in 48 hrs but only to sent me a copy and paste email saying that the package was delivered and I couldn’t get a refund or to get another package, I’ll be honest I won’t made a fuzz if it was less than 100 dlls but it was 400 dlls and the way that it was handle was just annoying

I just received my first order and let me tell you that it was the right address and name but the merchandise was someone else’s. I was impressed that I received my order in one day but unimpressed that it was wrong. Called customer service and was told they would reship it in 3-8 days and to return the merchandise I received. In this day of covid that surprised me as every other company does not want it back. So I ask to talk to a supervisor and she expedited my order but now they are saying 3-4 days and to return the product. This was supposed to be a simple order now it is just totally inconvenient. I will not be shopping here on line again.

In these difficult times the convenience of being able to order something online and have it delivered to your home is a godsend but when things go wrong it really can bring your day to a crashing halt and that’s exactly what my order with Ulta did, not only did the order take longer considering the circumstances which is fine (IE the pandemic) but in their warehouse they made a mistake and sent me the incorrect order when I called customer service to notify them of the mistake not only did they not offer me expedited shipping on the items that I had placed an order for but they also told me that it was going to be my responsibility to take their items to a UPS or post office location to send it back to them they not only did not offer to retrieve their own items from my home themselves facilitating their own UPS pick up which most multi-million dollar corporations can do.. but their customer care team was completely unapologetic for the situation and did not offer any other options... moving forward after this experience, looks like I’ll be going through Sephora to have my items shipped. Not the way to treat a customer who is trying to do the decent thing here and notify them of the mistake that was made on their part....

I had my package stolen, and the only way to resolve the issue is to call them. And they make it difficult in the first place to know that - you can't email them, you can't ask in their help chat, etc. And when you call them, they say they wont do anything for three business days. And when three business days passed i called again and they said that it was delivered. I said it was stolen. They did NOT want to help. Horrible customer service. They have no interest in helping their customers with stolen packages. And only a month ago i had a wrong item delivered and they refused to help on that matter either. And i still didnt get what i paid for. I will not be shopping at ulta again. Neither online or in person.

First time customer at Ulta. Placed 2 online orders - 1st order they shipped through UPS which i received, other $400 order they shipped through Ontrac and it never arrived. The status still showed as delivered. On complaint to customer service I get this response through email - "After further review, our records indicate that the package was delivered successfully to the address provided per the proof of delivery provided by Ontrac. Due to this, we are unable to reship or refund this order. We do apologize and truly wish there was more we could do in this situation. We suggest checking any and all common areas where packages may be left, including entrance areas and mailboxes! We hope it turns up for you!" Ulta Blatantly refused to refund or give store credit for my $400 worth order! WORST EXPERIENCE AND LAST at ULTA!!! I will be reporting this complaint to BBB as well and request others to do the same about this fraudulent business.

NEVER order from Ulta's online store. I made the mistake of not seeing if I updated my address before placing an order and so immediately after I got on the phone with them to change the address or cancel the order and despite not even a minute passing from when I made the order, they were unable to cancel it. poor customer service.

Just checked the status of my order. A delivery was not even attempted and never received any communication from Ulta...just says returned to sender. My address is correct and I have received package no problem from Ulta in the past. My last three online orders have have the same return to sender without any communication. This is not the kind of service I expect for a Diamond status client. I don’t want my goods returned and I don’t want a refund to pacify my aggregation. Why can’t my goods, that I have paid for, be sent to my local store for my pickup if Ulta can’t follow through on their end of the deal? Shame on you Ulta for such poor service. Sephora is calling my name.
