Probably not going back
Employees were very rude and apparently don’t understand the difference between primer and mascara. Cashier was very rude. Would not go back if those are the people handling the store.

Purchased the “Amazing Cosmetics- Amazing Concealer” - $28. It was 3/4 empty when I received it- tube was crushed, box torn.. Customer Service was horrible. I told Agent of my concern - once it’s returned to them that they will turn around and sell it to someone else. “Agent said I understand concern but you still need to return package.” Do not waste your money!

300.00 for hair color that washed out in 2 weeks . Had the same thing done and it went from 79.00 to 150.00 then 300.00. Wasn’t impressed at all with the results. Not to mention my accumulated points magically vanished.

I called the location of 14275 E Sam Houston Parkway on Tuesday to schedule a hair appointment. They said they had an opening this Sunday which is today at 2. I said that would be perfect. I get to the salon and was told there was no stylist today and no scheduled appointments. I looked back thru my phone calls and that was the store I called. Never again will I go there again. Spoke to Amanda the manager and she said sorry there is nothing we can do. So anyone who schedules an appointment please be careful.

FALSE REPRESENTATION ! HORRIBLE! I ordered several items for gift for Mothers Day and paid $16.95 for Premium Shipping. When I did not receive on expected date I tried to track package. I was informed package was awating carrier pick up.Still no delivery one day later. I called customer service and was told it would take a week and they could not issue a refund. There was a tracking number and she could not tell me where the package was! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! I wont have gift in time and have to be inconvenienced when I paid for convenience. I should have read the reviews BECAUSE 9,000 + customers cant be wrong. They dont care about cusotmers , It shoud be illegal. DECEITFUL!

they have the worst credit card available and will harass you day and night even if payments are on time. they call at ALL hours from many different numbers and will go as far as calling from unknown numbers so you cant block them. ACTUALLY THE WORST CARD. my experience was so bad that i genuinely hope the worst for them.

Just a warning that Ulta Rewards Program is "not" what sales representatives tell us it is. I've been a loyal customer of Ulta for over 20 years. I accumulated over 5,000 points, which is over $400 worth of merchandise/service/products. I've been Platinum for as long as I've had the program until the last Covid year. Without warning, ALL of my points expired. When I signed up for the program, anything accumulated while I was Platinum "never" expired. They talked me into their worthless credit card too. Don't get that credit card. Getting one from Costco or other banks is a better deal because their "perks" don't expire. Every time I tried to use my points, of course I was told I couldn't use all of them or they didn't have the product in I wanted to buy but never worry because my points would never expire. Well, I went to purchase some "little" thing there last week, and much to my surprise, ALL of my points were gone. They said they expired. I know things are rough during Covid, but I feel this is stealing and taking advantage of people. Just be aware that what they represent to us at Ulta is NOT the truth. Plus, the Elk Grove and Delta Shores stores have gone so far downhill. Their salons there aren't very good. And their stock is always out, especially at the more expensive brand-name makeup counters. Speaks volumes. Beware.

I ordered the Erborian CC Dull Cream online and received an expired product. I called them to tell them and they sent me another one - again expired. I get on the phone with them again and all they do is apologize instead of looking into the matter seriously. They sent me a third product - again expired! So basically they have a full warehouse of expired beauty products and the most customer service will respond with is a simple sorry. Ulta, you’re ridiculous and have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! People, save your time and order through Sephora, Amazon, or any other major retailer that sells similar products.
