In my opinion Ulta does not even deserve 1 Star on their review! I have never had so much trouble with a credit card as I have with Ulta’s credit card! I have never had to pay late fees on any of my credit cards yet with Ulta somehow I keep getting slapped with fees….that’s why I canceled the first time I had one!! Why I ever decided to open another card is beyond me but a decision I completely regret bc it’s happening all over again….now they’re saying they haven’t received my check to close out the acct! And the customer service reps are just nasty! Not only am I done with Ulta credit cards I will NEVER shop Ulta again!!

Discrimination due to race,, ethnicity. Religion etc not sure but hate crime occurred.. I spent a lot of money here and all went down the drain. Very poor. Never shop here. The items I received in the mail were defective and old. Possibly used and didn't look brand new and fresh and sparkling. I am heartbroken. My hard earned money is wasted. By defective products. I don't even feel like going through the process of returning the items. Maybe I should. Wasted my time. Ahhhh. I am upset. I didn't get what I paid for. I deserve a brand new clean product. Not a poor quality one that looks used!! They purposely damaged my products due to a possible discrimination or crime. And I'm too scared to use it. They made it defective on purpose. Never shop here. I don't know what's in those products!!!!!

My wife ordered and then returned a hair dryer on Ulta.com. They lost the item upon receiving it. After months of fighting for our credit, proving multiple times that they had signed for the dryer, they finally gave us our money back, but banned my wife from ordering online. After more than a decade of purchases this company made the decision to punish us for their own failure. We closed our account and moved on.

To Whom It May Concern: Within the last six (06) weeks, I have purchased over $500.00 worth of dry bar products. I went to the ULTA store in Chandler, Arizona; Evergreen/Chicago, Illinois and Spartanburg, South Carolina. In each store, they advertise a free gift if you purchase at least $50.00 worth of Dry Bar products. When I visited each store, I was told they didn't have any. The store in Spartanburg said they receive the gifts on the 1st of the month. I was there on the 3rd of the month and was told they didn't have anything. I normally don't complain, but this is ridiculous when I have spent so much money in a short period of time and they can't even give me a "rain check". This makes me believe there is some false advertisement regarding the DRY BAR product. Ulta has signs next to the DRY BAR product stating..... a free gift if you purchase at least $50.00. All I am asking for is the "free gift" I am entitled to since I have purchased more than $50.00 on each of my last 3 occasions. I know usually this is while the gifts last....but ULTA keeps the signs displayed when they no longer have the free gifts. When I contact ULTA they want to consider me a LOYAL CUSTOMER.......!

I made an order about 2 Weekes and they said it's delivered last Friday but I didn't receive it when I call them no Bady help me when we ask for the supervisor he let us waiting for an hour and then he hang out When the supervisor doesn't do his job expect the worse !!!!!!!

I love Ulta. I've had a few more mishaps then I would have liked though. This latest one is returning my online order at a store. I had the packing slip so I should have been in and out no problem. I was there for 10-15 minutes. The cashier was rude because she was mad she couldn't find it. But once she finally found after trying to insist I was basically lying about what was right in front of her on the receipt, I still left with my product!! Funny how she can look up my card if I want to purchase but after all that hassle she wouldn't return it without my card. Why couldn't we look it up. I'm beyond irritated. I went across town just for the one errand, and all I got was treated rudely and my return was unsuccessful.

I paid 16.95 for premium shipping for nothing! It says I would get my order by the date of the next day and that was not true at all. It didn't even ship until the next day. When I contacted them they just kept saying that premium means 2 to 3 business days. If that's try then why doesn't it says it beside that option, instead of saying I would get it by the next day?! What a rip off. I didnt need it in 2 to 3 business days I needed it the next day, hence paying almost 20 freaking dollars for shipping!

Website wasn’t working. When it finally was, they wouldn’t honor the promotion a day later. I know SEVERAL companies that would have honored it. Why rather lose $10 than out of a $170 sale? Ooookay.
