Never received my order or the replacement and still no refund received. This was the worse online shopping experience I’ve ever had. All I want is a refund and it’s been very difficult. The reps just keep giving me the run around and say the same script. I am livid. DO NOT order anything that is not in stock at the store. Their customer service is awful, their return process is awful, their communication is awful, their shipping is awful. Ulta, please make this right and issue my refund!

I was completely ignored by the staff while returning a broken lipstick that I purchased the day before. Two of them are actually applying their makeup while I was searching for the item I was exchanging. II was charged an additional dollar for an even exchange. I can’t believe any company can afford to lose a customer over one dollar. Since I was returning something that was broken, which is not my fault… My time coupled with the cost of gas, the overcharge may as well have been $10. I emailed customer service. They promised someone would reach out to me. Weeks went by. I emailed customer service again. They apologized and promised someone would reach out. Weeks went by. I emailed again asking for Ulta’s executive leadership contact information. I finally got a call from the store manager, who accepted no responsibility because she was not on duty that day. I asked to hear from the district manager or regional, but I haven’t heard anything. I have the email chain from their customer service department. I think there are a total of five emails promising someone would reach out.

Please be careful in buying gift cards from other places, other than Ulta for Ulta. Mine was either stolen or lost, and all I tried to do was report it. No help whatsoever from Ulta, nor from Sam's Club. I will not go back to either place, ever!

Absolute worst customer service—Do not buy online! I ordered a single $28 lip balm from Ulta's website, and the entire experience was a disaster. What arrived in my mail was a massive, completely busted-up box that looked like it had been loosely taped back together. When I opened it, the box was entirely empty. Assuming Ulta even remembered to pack the lip balm in the first place, they clearly threw a tiny item into a giant carton with zero protective packaging or stuffing to secure it or reinforce the box structure. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the missing item. They asked me to provide photo evidence of the damaged box, which I sent right away. After making me wait a full week for a response, they finally got back to me just to claim that they "ensured" it was packed on their end, so they refuse to offer a replacement or a refund. Ulta literally took my money, shipped an empty box due to their own terrible packaging, and now refuses to take any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and buy your cosmetics somewhere else.

I used their salon service. Signed with a master stylist. She ignored what I said about the style I wanted and cut a disgusting pixie. Uneven layers, the bottom of the back looks like she used pinking shears. The sides are uneven. When asked if I wanted it blow dried I said yes. She never mentioned the fact that the blow dry was $55 on a $57 hair cut. All in all, I am disgusted with the hair cut and the cost. I got the same crappy cut at a great clips for far less. Never again. Master stylist my foot😡😡😡

Very disappointing experience. My order did not meet expectations, and resolving the issue took much longer than it should have. Customer support was difficult to reach, and the responses I received were not very helpful. The overall process left me frustrated and feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service.

I have never dealt with such stupid customer service reps. I changed my address before I placed my order and these idiots still sent it to a wrong address. This is the problem with outsourcing. I will go to Sephora

Added a $50 giftcard to my account but didn't purchase anything immediately came back to the site a month later and the card information was gone. I threw away the giftcard and receipt because I added it to my account why would I keep it? Anyway they stole $50 from me and I will be shopping at Sephora from now on. Complete garbage. Thieves.
