TERRIBLE service for delivery of on-line sales! They use Lasership and they are horrible!! I had to contact them 4 times about my package and they still sent it back to seller. Come on Ulta, how about using a more reliable company. I only gave 1 star so I could write my review. If I could I would of given it a minus 5.

Terrible customer service. Use a $3.50 coupon good got order over $15. I spent over $100. Coupon did not work. When I contacted customer service. They said “can’t help”.

It seems Ulta cares more about the convenience of their store and facilities than their customers. I never received my package or my tracking information for that order. I didn’t even receive an email informing me that my package was delivered. I found out hours later only by checking the website and entering my order number. They also don’t send “proof of shipment” until something has happened to your package and you contact them. Their customer service is also terrible, they kept repeating the phrase “I understand but we cannot do anything because proof of shipment was given. I tried to tell them that proof of shipment was never given until I contacted them. Which by then nothing can be done because it was delivered and basically through no fault of their own I never received it. I will not be ordering online from Ulta again, and I hope you don’t either.

Ulta didn’t send me 2 of the items I ordered they threw in other items that weren’t even listed on the receipt without notifying me. I called their costumer service they said they’d send me the items that weren’t sent to me needless to say they never placed that order & gave me a fake order # count your days Ulta

Ulta is the worst customer service. I’m in customer service and would never never treat customers the way ulta does. So I would advise if you have a problem , they will not solve it, in fact they make it worse. I would go to Sephora where they appreciate customers and don’t treat them like ****

Ulta locked my online account permanently. The only reason they will give me is that I have multiple accounts (which I do not), and my purchases are not consistent with those for personal use Neither is true and even though they said they have reviewed my account, they will not give me any details. I am entitled to what is showing up on my account. I have been a very good Ulta customer and am completely blindsided by this. I have spent way too much time trying to get this issue resolved with no luck. What kind of company does this? I will use my loyalty points up in the store and then never shop there again.

I’ve shopped at Ulta for many years but purchased their Ulta credit card or if you want to call it MasterCard I bought a eyebrow pencil returned it a couple weeks later wasn’t the right color no problem there the lady at the front desk told me I do not have to worry about paying my bill when it comes in the mail you are clear since you returned it I even double asked her is there going to be any remaining balance for me to pay she said no you are good I literally got paper mail three months later with an outstanding balance of $114 I had gotten a few text messages but since I never use the card other than that one time in the text messages said I was eligible for a refund so I thought it was a scam so I never looked further into it so when I called to ask about why I have such a high bill they told me months of fees so I said I’m not comfortable paying this because the lady at the front desk when I return my item I said I was OK so how can you help me they refused to help me give me a crapy story and I still had to pay the 114 call me crazy but it was not my fault in the situation they were rude and they will scam you for all your money I will never get a card from these people again !!!!

This place is a joke now. I haven’t been able to purchase online for roughly 4 years now. I’ve tried making a new account with a different email, using multiple payment methods, and have even contacted customer support who says there’s nothing wrong with my account. I used to love this place but now I do everything in my power to avoid the store. Customer support doesn’t seem to care either, they say they’ll escalate the situation and someone should contact me within a few days but no one ever does.
