I didn’t receive my products and when I reached out to guest services the resolution in the end was nothing. They just said sorry it was delivered so basically too bad for you. They lost a customer today. Get your stuff from somewhere else. If anything goes wrong with your order they won’t help. Goodbye money and products I will never see.

I am absolutely disgusted in their customer service. I had a large order 150$ worth of things which was a huge bite to swallow for me, however I thought I changed my address but turns out I only changed my billing, so it got sent to wrong house without me knowing of course but because it was “delivered” they didn’t offer me replacement or refund. Of course it isn’t going to come to me… I’ve been such a loyal customer for YEARS and I’ve always loved them, but this is absolutely disgusting, I can’t believe I lost 150$… Yeah this incident seriously is making me cut ties with Ulta completely, just going to pay of the stupid money lost and I’m canceling everything with them. I called and texted them and they literally flat out honestly without any remorse told me I have lost the money how inconsiderate and convenient for them to gain that money that I lost. I hate them so much now!!

I was on a call with Customer Support, they put me on hold, and after 45 minutes of making me wait, they hung up. I called again, told the next person about it, they didn't apologize or offer anything for a poor experience. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to help me, after making me wait again for 20 minutes.

If you order online you run the risk of your package being left anywhere the delivery company deems ok, even if it is a n apartment complex, wheee it can be taken by anybody. I live in apt complex that has a delivery hub to prevent this, however it was dropped in the foyer where there is no security. And because of this the package is gone, however not their problem, can you imagine if the post office did the same with your mail. Ulta doesn't deem it suffient, so not only do I need to pay for what I didn't get, if I want it, I need to buy it again. Never order from them, they contracted the cheapest delivery company and we pay the price

Ulta guest services is very depersonalized and very unhelpful. I’m a diamond member after this year building my makeup kit for my career as makeup artist, and after dealing with guest services, I don’t even want to continue shopping with Ulta. They have become so big and powerful and have so many customers that the individual doesn’t matter to them. They inflexibly all tell different lies and excuses always sending people to the store to deal with inquiries that guest services very well had the means to deal with…my managers at Ulta when I worked there even quoted how lazy guest services is and unhelpful. Horrible service line so robotic, I’ve found little to no empathy and professionalism and feedback in my dealings with their customer service as a customer… to restate highly unhelpful.

I wouldn't even give a star..I was scheduled a salon appointment to get highlights. I scheduled with the manager on Sunday for Thursday at 4. I got a call at 2 on that Thursday saying I had to reschedule for 5 she was backed up and the person that scheduled my appointment didn't scheduled it correctly. I got to my appointment at exactly 5. Taylor was still not finished. I continued to wait for 15 minutes when the manager comes and tells me that Taylor is finishing up. It's now 5:30 I'm still waiting. I asked the manager how much longer cause I was scheduled at 4 and than 5. She than proceeded to tell me that whoever scheduled me was wrong. I told her it was you the manager that scheduled me. She didn't even know what to say. I just can't not believe how unprofessional she was trying to put the blame on someone else. I just open a credit card for ulta and I will not be using it. I WILL close the account and go to Sephora. I know they don't have a salon but maybe they should have a salon. They have way better customer service than this place. Ulta just lost a customer.

I have been trying to use the app/online to place orders. I try logging in and it says I put in an incorrect password, which I did not. I keep all my passwords saved in a centralized location. I then reset my password and that didn’t work. Call customer service and they have me complete the same steps again and again. The worst part is you have type in a different password each time. You’re not allowed to try the same one. None of that worked. Customer service tells me someone from another department will contact me the following day. Of course that never happened. I’ve even tried to create a new account with another email. No luck. The strange thing is I’ve been using the app since they’ve had one. All of the sudden I’m locked out. I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I’ve been shopping at a ULTA less and less due to the inconvenience and poor customer service. This is not my first time dealing with their ridiculous lack of help when calling This company seriously needs to fix the poor customer service situation and their app.
