My issue is with Ulta's credit card. I made what I thought was my final payment and closed the account. I still received thirty dollars in fees after the fact as there was a late fee on my final payment. They made it seem like my account was in good standing and closed and I was done. That's not the case as they are looking for thirty dollars in fees I am just finding out about months after the fact. The customer service is rude and these people will bury you in fees after they make you think you're in the clear.

I been an Ulta customer for years I am even consider a Diamond customer and I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with them. Last weekend 9/3 was my birthday I received a flat iron this weekend 9/11 I tried to exchange it for something I’ll actually use and they tell me I can’t with do that without the information of the person who purchased it or a receipt and that I was just stuck with the flat iron. I then called the 1800 number just to be told the same that unfortunately they can’t exchange it if I don’t have the information. The flatiron and everything it came with is in the box I do understand that they have rules but it’s been 1 week and that’s frustrating. To top it off the cashier tells me that she can’t go tracking every purchase made with this flat iron.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Ulta screwed up on my address and returned the package to sender. I have ordered many things and my address has never been an issue . I bought an item from the 21 days of beauty at a discounted price. When I contacted them they stated they had processed a refund. When I asked them about getting the product that I ordered at the same price they said the could not do anything. I emailed them several times and no one could help me. I asked for the corporate office and all they can say is sorry you were not satisfied customer service does not exist for this company!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I wish you could give zero stars! 2nd time Ulta’s courier service of choice has lost my package. Ulta of course is going to make it as hard as possible for you to get your money back or get a replacement. DO NOT shop with Ulta. You will be called a liar and everything else under the sun. You’ll be treated like a criminal or like a child who they feel is overreacting because you want your hard earned money back that you invested in their business. Buyer beware. There are much better cosmetic companies out there who will provide exceptional customer service and not treat you like dirt or steal your money.

Ulta beauty has horrible customer service! I’ve been waiting 14 days for my package and there not allowing me to cancel my order. I’ve also reached out to the delivery company who told me that my package is missing and to contact my seller. I will never order anything from that site again

Honestly, they are all trash. Placed an order. Within two minutes I realized I F’d up my shipping address. Called them two minutes after to be told they can’t make changes. So basically, after you place the order, you’re F’d if you want to change something. Asked to talk to a supervisor (kindly). Sure… waited in hold 13 minutes to be disconnected. Called back to be told that no one above her is in for the day. BUT she can leave an email to call me back. WHICH doesn’t help me because then the order is definitely too far in a status to change. So why didn’t the other rep be informed no one above her was available before she disconnected (I’m sure on accident, maybe). Whatever, that’s bull.

Very bad customer srvice. No empathy. They don't want to help. Very unproffesional. Needs intensive trainings.

I have been shopping at Ulta for many years and never had a problem accessing my points at the store. Today I tried to create a online account. When I went to link my Rewards number it couldn't associate it with my account. I then used the prompts to make sure I had the right number but the website continued to not recogonize it. I used the Chat feature and was told to get back out, close everything down, clear cache etc.. I went ahead and did all that and even downloaded the app and opened it up on another browser. Nothing! I was very frustrated and called twice and both times was disconnected. I tried using the chat again and it auto closed 3 times. I'm done!! I will never shop here again!
