Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I reside on the UES and always shop at the East 86th Street store. I have always had a great experience at this location. Lauren, one of the sales associates is amazing. Lauren always goes out of her way to assist me and makes certain to share with me any in-store promotions or new products. Dee, the new store manager is also amazing. She is totally on top of everything going on in the store. Both these women always make certain I leave a happy customer and make certain I had a great shopping experience

Jessica "Jess" is my go to professional MUA in the Amarillo Texas store. Her knowledge of ALL the store products and product lines, as well as her representation of her lines in that location make me confident when she makes a recommendation for me. She listens and quickly helps me find products that fit my needs! She's the best!!!

Nora tints and waxes my brows at the beauty bar at the Ulta on Wadsworth. She always does an amazing job. She is very friendly and professional.

Ulta is my to go store for all face and body products it has everything and more from luxury to affordable make up. Definitely recommend anyone that wants to just spend hours and hours in the store and buy lots of goodies. This is a place to go.

Today I needed help to purchase a couple of items. Well first of all I walked in strongsville Ulta and this beautiful young lady greeted me so nicely. Then she helped me until I found what I was looking for. Her name is Ahlam, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE. Thank youuu.

Alta has everything I need beauty wise in one stop . They always have great deals and featured products . It’s the best place for all your beauty needs , and fun new innovative products to stay fresh and in the mix . The amount of locations that are arising has become so large so that even when I’m traveling I know I’m in good hands . Love this l place and will continue to always shop here .

Omg I WENT TO JANTZEN BEACH ULTA epic FAIL!!!!🤬 I have been wearing individual lashes for 10 years and I am transitioning to false self application lashes and they guided me in all the wrong directions… HOWEVER SARAH AT CLACKAMAS WAS SO GENTLE GIVEN THIS IS A SENSITIVE AREA FOR ME GIVEN I LOOK LIKE A NEW BORN BIRD WITH NO EYE LASHES🫣😭😭 and barely wanna go in public!!! BUT SARAH AT CLACKAMAS MALL ULTA NOT ONLY HELPED ME BUT SHOED ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND REASSURED ME THAT SHE SAW MY EYE LASHES GROWING BACK AND MY REGIME IS WORKING!!!!! I BOUGHT EVERY DAM THANG SHE RECOMMENDED- almost paid her rent if I could have🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It’s THAT SERIOUS💔❤️‍🩹💞 Thank you SARAH… the girl who loves the short volume lashes- with no lashes 👁️ 👁️

I’ve had consistently excellent service with Hair Stylist Nataly in Clark, NJ. She’s professional, flexible, and easy to talk to re: what cut I’m looking for (a combo not always easy to find). She’s got a cool sense of style and a cool personality. Thumbs up, Nat:)
