Customer service is truly terrible. Smh! Not to mention the app as well! I love Ulta but this is making me not want to love them anymore. I was offered a free birthday gift that I can't even redeem. I ordered it through the app and an error popped up and the order never went through. When I first called I received a new code only for the same error to pop up again. I then have called 4 other times with no help just the run around! How can this be a free gift when it doesn't even process through. This is ridiculous! I never leave reviews but this was need. Ulta really needs to do better with their promotions instead of getting people's hopes up for nothing.

Customer service is horrible. I called about a package that was shipped to the wrong address. I was basically told it was my fault and nothing could be done about it. I was told there were no supervisors available to speak with. I was supposed to get a call back and that never happened. Horrible Service......

I placed an order on 11/23 and got a shipment notification a few days later. After a week it’s still “waiting for carrier pickup”. I called and the rep said I have to wait another week before they will do anything to help me. When I asked why this is he didn’t offer me any explanation and said there is nothing he could do for me. I asked for a Supervisor and he said “No” - that was it, just no. I called back and asked for a supervisor - I was told they would have to call me back because there are none on duty and it would be 24-72 hours for a response. Kudos to the rep for not deviating from his script. I’ll be finding alternative sources for my products. After being a Platinum member for so many years I expect so much better.

Ordered enough merchandise to qualify for the black Friday free $60 gift. Received my package without the gift even though it was listed on the packing slip. Contacted customer service who sent a $15 coupon but said gifts can't be reshipped even though it was their mistake. Guess it's not really worth $60? Very disappointed.

Beyond unhelpful. Spent so much money and my rewards points are not being reflected. They said there's nothing they can do to fix it and won't credit me for the points I earned. WORST customer service experience. I will never spend my hard earned money there again.

THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER. i could not be less happy or impressed with my online experience. i was so excited to use my visa gift card for my purchase. After trying many times and chatting with a customer service agent (who was not helpful at all), i had to use my credit card. i was almost in tears it took me over an hour to place this order. if the stuff wasn't on sale i would not have shopped here online. i can NOT say enough bad things about my online experience.

Last night I submit the order and after that I noticed that I could have a free gift ,since I wasn't able to add the gift as order was paid I called CS and I was told that agent neither supervisor are able to modify the order, so i request to cancel the order and now I just received an email that order can't be cancelled ,not to mention that my call was terminated by the supervisor and I had to call them back .Very disappointed of the CS service .Definitely I wouldn't shop online !!!!!

First off if I could give zero stars I would. That being said i’ve been a ulta customer for a very long time and every single time I order online I always have issues with them finding my address I live in a duplex so after so many times of them sending to the wrong address I started using my mom’s address to see if that would help and even then they still couldn’t find her address either the last thing I bought didn’t get sent to the right address and they’re trying to blame me even though every single time I order I check it and make sure that it’s the right address and they’re telling me that they will not give me a refund or send my items to me since it says it was delivered to the “correct” address. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever received and I actually always have terrible customer service here and almost always get stuck with no items or having to pick up my items from the ulta store it’s self. Which defeats the entire purpose of PURCHASING ONLINE. I will never be shopping here ever again and glad to say I’m no longer a ulta credit card holder.
