Worst customer service. Placed an order that comes with a free gift. The free gift was unavailable for pick up and because close to the holidays, I chose pick up, thinking the free gift would be mailed. Meanwhile, the free gift advertised was unavailable in all local stores to me. I contacted costumer service and they said because the free gift is unavailable for store pick up, you don’t get it. So only way to get is to have the entire order shipped. Ok, BUT they cannot change an order made 2 minutes prior. So the advice they gave me- just don’t show up to pick up item for 5 days and in 5 days the money will be refunded to me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I knew I should have gone through Sephora.

I didnt know when you revise the order even after picking the pick-up at store tab that it refreshes it to ship automatically i tried calling customer service right away to just change it to pick up because the store near me had all my items. The person took all my info just to tell me he cant do anything for an order that is just placed less then a minute ago his name is Aldo #54799 id if he didn't lie about that too..even tho my order was literally just placed less then a minute ago he told me there is nothing he can do because the warehouse is already working on it and for him to send a a cancel email wouldn't work so that makes no sense to me why customer service can't just call the warehouse and have it cancel and send the order and send it to the actual store now i wont get the items i need by tomorrow i have to wait weeks and who know until when to get my items and this is why i will be sticking to Sephora from now on as this is such bad customer service experience

One of my orders from Ulta.com was stolen at some point after delivery. It was left by UPS downstairs in the building where anyone could take it, it wasn't brought up to my apartment. I was out that day, and by the time I got back the package was no longer there. I have lived in this apartment for over a decade now, and must have had at least 20 packages stolen over the years, and NOT ONCE did the retailer handle it in such a deplorable fashion. Every single retailer refunded me for the missing order. After all, they have insurance for losses like that - I do not. The week this Ulta order went missing two of my Amazon deliveries were stolen as well (it was right after Black Friday), Amazon refunded me immediately, but Ulta gave me the runaround for over two weeks with probably 15 different "supervisors" emailing me the exact same canned response - that UPS tracking information shows the item as delivered, and thus they cannot provide a refund. It is completely irrelevant what UPS shows - *I* did not receive the order! I am out $125 of my own money! Like I said, this wasn't the first time I had a package stolen, but it was the first time for me that it happened to be an *Ulta* package. I was shocked and dismayed to witness that such a major corporation doesn't even have a process in place for handling cases of this nature. I was a Diamond customer up until that point, but Ulta has now lost my business forever. I hope they choke on my $125.

I went to get my hair done, and I shows the hairdresser what I wanted and SHE DID NOT give me what I wanted and I was charged extra for thing is didn't even ask for, instead of paying $160 I was made to pay $295 an I am extremely angry with how my hair ended up and will never go back to this lady for my hair again.

I ordered items on November 28th from Ulta. It is now December 14th and I have yet to receive my order. I don't know who they have managing their online customer service chat, but I explained to the rep that I ordered my purchase using AfterPay and asked if I'd be refunded my money if I don't receive my order. The rep ASSURED me I have not been charged any money yet since my order has not shipped (despite having a tracking number for weeks and each time I check the shipping status, it just says it's at the carrier facility - LaserShip). I told the rep they were incorrect and the rep replied with 'oh, no, I can assure that has not happened and would ask that you contact Comenity Bank.' I explained I did not purchase with an Ulta credit card. I went back and forth with the rep, trying to explain that my order is showing as shipped, I just have not received it for whatever reason. The rep again said my order has not shipped. I didn't feel like engaging in a battle of wits with someone who apparently has no clue as to what they are talking about. I am so beyond upset that I have not received my order since it had items that are a Christmas gift and other items I needed for holiday parties. I will never order from them online again. Their online customer service is beyond horrible and a joke and I'm resigning myself to the fact that I will be out of money for an order I will never receive.

I did the cyber Monday deal with Ulta beauty where if you buy $80+ worth of stuff you receive a few free gifts. Still haven't received my package so I called customer service and was told that these are no longer available even though it says my order was shipped but waiting carrier pickup. I was told that I can either get my money back or they can send what they do have. Which is everything except the offers I was promised with my cyber Monday purchase. I have seen many other reviews that show that people have not received this. Will no longer be shopping with Ulta beauty.

I recently used Ulta to color and highlight my hair. It was a disaster. The women was from Pakistan (forgot her name), she did not know how to color. It was before Thanksgiving. My hair turned out so bad that I had to cover it. Not only that, they blamed me for desiring that. Never color ur hair at ulta Germantown.

Why is it your commercials only show black people?! Is that the only customers you service?! Ridiculous!!!
