If I could give a zero iI would, I have scheduled 3 apts with them and they continue to cancel them. I have waited now 5 weeks to have my brows done and they canceled again last minute. Clearly this business does not value its business and hires employees who do not want to work. I have scheduled with 2 different people and neither works on a regular basis. I will definitely take my business elsewhere

If I could give no stars I would my order was lost they then shipped it again two days later they had a mechanical issue and the order was delayed and then they had no driver to pick it up finally the packaged moved only to be delayed once again I would understand if it was due to bad weather or something but I still do not have my package Walmart has better service than this I will never order from them again customer service is a joke here worst experience I've ever had

Ulta does not stand up to their free gift promist. I ordered a foundation that they promised free concealer. I did not receive my concealer. I contacted customer service--chat. They said they were unable to honor my request. I asked them to just send my promised concealer and they claimed they could not do that. So I am done with Ulta!!!

Over $200 worth of skincare and makeup products were not delivered to me. Their website said delivered to some other city. For anyone caught in this situation, the shipping provider they used for my order was OnTrac. I searched my tracking number on OnTrac’s website. Then I emailed OnTrac and found out that they returned my order to Ulta. Ulta had my products and refused to return my money. I had records from OnTrac of Ulta’s vendor address in Visalia, CA, along with the date and time Ulta received my package back to their facility. I called customer service, because emailing them gets you nowhere. With all of the evidence I had proving that they were stealing my money, I was able to get my refund. I’ve been shopping with Ulta for almost 15 years, and I will never buy another product from them again.

Do not buy online! Believe me you will be Beyond disappointed!! They use a non-know delivery service. That will never deliver you package, & good luck getting a refund! Customer Service can careless! Rude is a understatement! Good luck getting a refund! Save your sale the hassle and the frustration! Shop else where!

I placed an online order for same day in store pickup. The system kept bumping me out saying my session timed out yet I had been continually completing the requested info. Order finally went through and when I received the email confirmation 5 minutes later it noted the my order was being shipped to my home. I immediately called customer service to have it rectified and was disconnected from their phone system 3 times after starting my conversation with an agent and being placed on hold. Finally after explaining the situation they advised that they couldn’t correct my order for store pickup nor could they even cancel order less then 1/2 hour after originally processed. I asked to speak to manager and she was also less than helpful and full of empty platitudes. Asked to speak with manager and told the supervisor was highest ranking support agent available and there was nothing they could do to help. Now I have over a $100 of supplies being delivered in 8-10 days and had to go to Dillards and purchase the same items so I had them that day which is what I wanted in the first place. I have shopped with Ulta for many years and never felt this frustrated and undervalued especially for mistakes in processing made by Ulta. I will be hard pressed to shop with Ulta again. This was a very simple issue to rectify and didn’t need to end with an escalating sense of frustration and me having to spend an extra $100 to receive what I set out to purchase on a system that should have aided in my convenience. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!
