I was in the Mentor ulta buying makeup. A young lady who is also bridal makeup artist went out of her way to help me. She was very helpful and KIND. I wish I could say the same about the 2 young ladies at the cash register. Molly and I think Hailey(long blonde hair). I overheard them talking about me on my way up to the registers and they were NOT nice when I got there. They need to learn to be kind. I will not return to this ulta again.

I ordered online and after submitting the order, realized that it was shipping to my old address. I immediately called to cancel and change my address but was told that it was already being processed. I was to wait for a tracking number and then it would be rerouted. After tracking number was assigned, I called and they said that they could not stop it now and I had to wait for it to be delivered and then mark it Return to Sender. I contacted the person from the old address, told her to mark the package Return to Sender, and have the mailman pick it back up. She did as I said. Now Ulta says they need a tracking number from the carrier that is returning the package back to them. The mailman just picks up the package from the mailbox and sends if back to ULTA! There is no tracking number involved. All I want is my money refunded. Now it seems, they get the merchandise back AND my money. Never doing business with them again!!

Don't get mixed up with Ulta! You can't even pay off your card balance at their store. Getting through to a person is impossible. What kind of crazy business model does not allow a customer to pay off their bill at the store, and makes you enter personal info on their website and use a checking account? What year is this???

I love make-up and skincare. I worked in the industry for over 10 years. I shop everywhere. 21 days of Beauty, excited. I ordered my Clarins Double Serum half price. Go to work brag to my coworkers about it. A week later tracking my package, discover a cancelation due to out of stock. We're at lunch I apologize.Let them know. They check theirs. It shipped. What!@ I ordered mine way before. Called no resolution. How does this happen? Will not do business with them again. Find a new merchant. Plenty more.

The lady I was on the phone with for Ulta Beauty Customer Service is very nice and this is not about her. This is about the policies that Ulta has that I think need to change in order for it to be a more positive experience for their customers. The app wouldn’t let me change my default address so my package is being sent to a house I no longer live in and when I called to try and change it, they told me that it isn’t guaranteed that it will be sent to my house and when I asked if I could cancel the order, they told me that cancelling it is also not guaranteed. Before I tried talking with them on the phone, I tried texting them like it told me to do on the call and they wouldn’t respond to my texts either. Ulta, do better. I order from you guys all the time, it should not be this difficult to get a package that I paid good money for.

I’ve been to the hair salon a few times myself and I’ve taken my granddaughters a couple of times ..each time I tried to give them a chance, the services was absolutely a Thumbs down 👎🏼..I will never return for hair salon services again. My hair was personally ruined by a stylist putting a toner/gloss on me saying it was a 10N but it turned my hair a medium brown with purple hues! She tried to correct it by giving my hair a five minute bleach bath which turned it orange and then she did another bleach bath for five minutes turning it dark yellow. Then the manager came back when I did not want to pay and absolutely said I could not leave the store without paying. She was extremely rude with no kind of apologies at all, this was in Mansfield Texas. I left and I would not pay. When I called the daytime manager to explain what happened, she was not as rude but still very rude. No one apologized for my hair being ruined but only told me to come back so they could fix it , even though I said they already tried twice to fix it. She stated I would still have to pay for it if I came back in. When I said I would be leaving a review on the bad service the manager happily said , “Okay” and then said , well you didn’t have to pay for it ! I had ask for a area manager to call and talk to me about this but no one has returned my call..

I have been an Ulta customer for years. We recently moved from FL to PA and my bill never arrived because the post office/mail service is beyond slow. When I tried to pay my bill online I couldn’t log in because their system is beyond awful and didn’t have my zip code correct. When I called to pay my bill on the phone because I couldn’t do it online they were going to charge me $9! So I verified my new address and waited until my bill came in the mail - which it came after the due date and they slapped me with a $41 late fee. When I tried to explain the issue to customer service the agent was so rude that I hung up on her. So I called to cancel my card and pay the late fee and even that rep was a total a-hole. I am DONE with Ulta forever. I hope this entire company closes down because apparently no one gives a crap about the customers that literally keep them employed. RIP Ukta, you suck.

To the employees working today at Ulta Beauty in Fairview Park, Ohio, shame on all of you!!! I came in, made a purchase, and lost my wallet in your parking lot. I noticed it was missing about 5-10 minutes after leaving. I frantically called you twice asking if anyone turned it in - I gave you my number twice if someone did. Twice you told me no one turned it in. Luckily, they returned it to the police department. The police department informed me the gentleman who found it tried returning it to YOU first and not only did you tell him you would not accept it (even though you knew I was looking for it and was waiting and hoping it would be turned in to you), but you didn’t even call me to let me know someone found it and was trying to return it!! How? How is this right? How would you have liked to be treated in this situation? If it’s policy not to accept lost and found items, then that should have been communicated to me when I called. But, instead, I was told I would be contacted if someone turned it in. But you didn’t contact me. You did below the minimum and did nothing at all to help me. You should ALL be ashamed of yourselves!!!
