Won't be able to shop there again due to customer service laughing at my disability. I'm not sure that he knew I heard him laughing but either way I can't support that type of business. Person did not help whatsoever And would not acknowledge anything other than their own script I guess because they couldn't give me any answers other than the same one repeated repeat it which was something that had nothing to do with the issue. It was confusing to say the least and when I said I'm sorry I do not understand I have comprehension issues can you please state that in a different way? Which he repeated the same thing with a raised voice and laughed and muttered something about me. I know what can be said is limited i get that but I'm still upset from the zero training from customer service. Plz add a meno about what there mics can pick up. I wouldn't want anyone to experience that. At least wait to laugh (which was a few times) about a customer when they aren't on the phone anymore plz.

Made an appointment for a simple trim at Crystal Lake Illinois Ulta @2:30on a Wednesday. Park in the lot and I get a call saying they’re too busy. They have to cancel my appointment! What? When I’m already there and gas prices what they are?! So I call the Ulta @Algonquin Illinois. They say they can take me at 5:30. They just called at 4 and said they are too busy. They have to cancel my appointment!! Now I’m really ticked off. Don’t schedule appointments if you’re stylists are too dang slow to keep them. Furious, I’ll never use Ulta again. Not even for shopping.

horrible experience, I ordered online, and my order never arrived, but they marked it as delivered…. They simply told me that they will not do anything for me, I was left without my order and also without my money (more than $500 dlls), more than 15 messages, they never sent me any email, and when by hell they answered me, they told me no could you help me with anything!

The company states on their website that the orders placed will be processed in 1 to 2 days.My order was placed on 06/03/2022. After multiple attempts to communicate with a Customer Service Rep, I had to cancel the order on 06/13/2022 because the order was never processed, and the shipper had only been requested to "print a label" from Ulta. The order was not updated, nor did Ulta have any information (on the numerous times I communicated) with them. Their online customer service chat is an auto bot and is completely useless, it simply sends information that is printed on the website. If you are patient enough to actually get a REAL person, they're dishonest, and they have very little command of English. For reference, I was communicating with "Maria from America and California" who continued to state that the shipping timeframe can vary and that her company is unable to update the status of my order until the shipper updates to them. I explained NUMEROUS time that I did not have an issue with the "SHIPPING TIME FRAME" because my order had not been processed, and the shipper never received it. The continued claim (by Ulta representatives) of placing blame with the shipper is why I cancelled my order. I have children, if I want to listen to LIES and finger pointing that the issue is with someone else, I can ask my kids about something AND I won't have to have $$ frozen with no access to it. The customer service is THE Worst and communicating that the company is not responsible for their processing of my order (saying it is UPS fault) forced me to believe that their company integrity is ZERO.

First order online. Three horrible hours later after endless delays on their website and failed info processing and worthless customer support, I got my first and last order through. Can you imagine going to any store with these products and spending three hours to buy four items? That is the online Ulta experience. The worst part is that they could care less and do nothing to resolve it. Their CEO needs to be fired yesterday. Do not buy from Ulta.

I was sold and expired product and unfortunately for me I didn’t realize until I turned the bottle over to put the old one in my new bottle to consolidate product. Big mistake because there’s expired product in my new bottle. I called the next day to see if I could get that transaction refunded because the expiration date is 1/2022 and I picked up the order on 2/2022. They literally gave me an expired bottle at pick up and I didn’t think to check the expiration date cuz I’ve never had these issues (that I know of, check your expiration dates!). They said because too much time has passed and it was a pick up order and the product was gone, they had to do it online. They wanted the packaging and all to have the store do it. Long story short, check expiration dates because if you catch it too late, regardless if it was already expired when you bought it, they will hold you accountable for their mistake.

Customer service is AWFUL! They don't have answers and are truly unable to resolve issues. I have never experienced anything like it. I have called 5 times on something which seems like it would be a minor issue (coupon code is saying it was used and it hasn't been yet- that's why I'm putting in an order) and they just keep reading from scripts. They say they "don't have access" to information about the company/supplies/coupons making it impossible to navigate challenges. I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor - I am fully aware that call isn't coming, but it is still infuriating. Honestly, there are other companies who sell the same items and also have rewards programs, take your business elsewhere!

I had an issue to login to my account for 6 MONTHS!!!! I've been calling and texting them all these 6 months and every time I would just get an answer give us 24-48 hours to fix the issue. Very horrible customer service, not helpful at all. I think technical support is even worse. ULTA IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES. The worst thing is - ULTA DOESN'T CARE. I wish I knew it before.
