ULTA THIS IS STORE 1209. If i could give 0 stars i would. But, no worries! Corporate knows . Disgusting place. Disgusting. DISGUSTING. And I'm not talking in terms of appearance. Very clean well organized. However the employees? HA! I'm sorry did they just come out of jail? Where did they find them? What was the hiring process? Today is 7/1/2022 at around 10:30 am. There was A BIRD. In a pink hat. And skirt (at her big grown age... really?) working there. HER NAME IS ALETA! ALETA. (I HAD TO CALL 4 times to get that. They 2nd time they plain hung up on me before i even got a chance to speak, other times they just didn't answer and let the phone ring out). Besides the fact that she looked a hot mess, she gonna have an attitude at 10 IN THE MORNING over something that had nothing to do with her. First of all i walk in, No greetings nothing. Everyone is just looking at me like I'm not supposed to shop there lol. Cool. No prob. I'm black, I'm not wanted in a lot of these businesses. That's another issue tho. So I'm peacefully walking in minding my business, looking for the fenty beauty section of the store (I had never been in this store EVER. I don't know the store as well as you do you ugly disgusting bird, so forgive me!) and this big bird girl sees me walking around looking lost and she's with a customer so obviously she's not going to stop servicing her customer for me. I get it 1000000%. the manager, he has locs, comes over and he's like hey Do you need help? I'm like yes actually I'm looking for the fenty aisle. Turns out i was standing right next to it. This big nasty attitude bird is gonna STOP servicing her customer to be in MY BUSINESS and yelllll at me yall. She Screams "ITS RIGHT THERE!!!" With an attitude. First of all i didn't know who she was talking to but then i stopped to look at her and she's looking right at me. Let me tell y'all. If i was not a child of God. You don't know what kind of day I'm having you don't know what I've been through this entire morning. Why are you going out of your way as an EMPLOYEE to disrespect me. If you don't like your job? QUIT! Quit babe. Don't take that out on me. I've done nothing to you! Afterwards, The manager (the one with locs) goes it's right here, professionally. I laughed it off. I felt horribly inside. I'm someone who likes to gaslight myself into thinking I'm wrong, I'm the problem even when I'm not, but I KNEW i was not the problem here. I knew it. I didn't do anything but not know where fenty was. Sorry?! CRUCIFY ME ALETA. it's cool tho. Corporate knows her name. Corporate knows exactly what she is. ALETA, have some patience, have some empathy. Relax. Go back to the jailhouse you came from. You should be lucky ulta employed a bird like you. Mind your business babe. Learn to mind it. It's retail. Retail will have your occasional blind customers. SMD

I can't tell you how stupid I feel that I gave this awful trash can of a company another chance. I thought I was being too harsh the last time I ordered from them and my shipment came in complete and utter disarray half of the items broken thrown in like they were being evicted and had to throw everything in 30 seconds into a box and exit the warehouse. But nope I wasn't being too harsh I gave them a second chance because you know what sometimes they sell items that other places don't sell and I just wanted to really be taken care of after the last time they screwed me over they didn't refund me they didn't exchange my items. Ulta is less caring about their customers then a 99 cent store. I am in awe of how my package came to me today. Every single eyeshadow that I ordered is broken the Box looks like it went through a wood chipper. It is disgusting and I am pissed

I went to get my hair dyed a certain color and all I can think about is how I will not go back for more coloring to reach my end goal before my wedding. The woman who dyed my hair started with asking if I was going to cut my hair to which I said we talked about it but didn’t need to (I trimmed it myself the week before). At the end of my appt she cut my hair to “shape it” to my face. And then charged me the $44 for it. During my appt she yanked my hair several time and all I got was an “ope” not a single apology when she knew she had messed up. She also burnt my head 3! Times with the hair dryer to which I had to forcefully yank my head away from it each time and she paid no notice. She also continued to shame me for box dying my hair previously. Yes I know it’s bad for my hair but this is the first time I’ve been into a salon in 4 years! She also answered her phone put it on speaker and listened to it while working on my hair. She was supposed to check the dye in 10 minutes and waited 20+ minutes as she did a blow out for someone else in between. This was a check to make sure my hair didn’t frizzle up from the bleach. I am just saddened and will not be returning to Ulta because of this and will find a new salon.

This company has CONSTANT DELIVERY ISSUES! Then when you tell them that it has not been delivered, they just read the tracking number and say that the company says that is has,,,ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I have been a loyal ulta customer at diamond or platinum status for years and they are refusing to replace my order or at least refund me my money.

Product: IT Superhero No-Tug gel eyeliner: Purchased at Ultra Beauty (Sales associate suggested the product) Worst eyeliner I have ever purchased. The product, cakes, smears, harsh to apply, and does not sharpen easy even with a sharpener designed for this type of product. Do not purchase this eyeliner. Try the one from Benefit instead, much smoother and easy to control.

DID ONLINE FOR STORE PICK UP FOR TWO OF THE SAME ITEMS WENT TO GET IT DIDN'T CHECK MY BAG GOT HOME NEXT DAY MISSING ONE, CALLED STORE TALKED TO DAPHANY ON A THURSDAY TOLD HER CAN'T GET THEIR TIL MONDAY, SHE SAID OK THEN CAME IN MONDAY WENT TO THE COUNTER THE GIRL LOOKED CONFUSED I HAD PAPERWORK IN HAND WITH PICTURES SHE HAD TO CALL THIS OTHER ASSOCIATE WHO HAD A RESTING STONE FACE AND SAID WE ONLY HOLD ITEMS FOR A DAY. I SAID ITS NOT A HOLD I ONLY GOT ONE OF MY ITEMS, SHE SAID THATS THE POLICY AND I SAID NOBODY TOLD ME THAT IF THE STORE MAKES A MISTAKE AND I DON'T GET THERE IN A CERTAIN PERIOD, SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME. I ASK HER WHAT IS THE POLICY AND SHE THEN GOT AGGITATED I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE I WILL SHOP FROM THE RETAILER DIRECT NOT THE FIRST TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE X#$%@

Oh they are horrible. They sent my order to the wrong address (I havent lived there in 5 years) and then wouldnt refund me because it said delivered to an address I have updated in their system twice now. Its amazing how they got my billing address right and current though. Thank goodness for Paypal purchases and policies.

I used to absolutely love Ulta; it was my go to for not only makeup but all toiletries. I spent a lot of money over the years and built up over $800 in points. I spent the points here and there; I typically like to save them. I recently had about half that amount and without notice they cleared my points account. I understand that I wasn’t shopping as much this past year; primarily due to the pandemic; however they should have sent out a warning email. I reached out to customer service only to be reprimanded for not checking my points account due to Covid, a total twist of words and totally passive aggressive. Mind you, I caught this right away but they didn’t even afford me a grace period or give me back some of my points; which in the scheme of things probably costs them nothing. It’s more the principle of the matter and they were unwilling to do anything. Terribly disappointing and most likely will never shop here again. I wish I could post the rest of the photos from my interaction; will try to after the holding period.
