Bought a Uline beverage fridge for over $3000 for a customer. After just over a year it failed. Needs $980 in repairs. Uline did not honor its two year warranty over a technicality that says it needs to be registered within 60 days from delivery. Customer service was slow and I feel lacks integrity. Beware.

Pricing is UNCOMPETITIVE for most items in your catalog. No wonder you have terrible star ratings via reviews. Wise up Uline.

Customer service and Uline followup is terrible. I ordered a uline ice maker assembly on May 31, 2024 and they collected the $273.15 payment then. Had no notice of shipment two weeks later so called them and used their "contact me" email to request status. No reply from the email, the call service said it should ship within another week. Send two more emails over the next week and a half with no response. Called uline July 1 and they agreed that order had still not shipped and said they would have to check into it. I would think hard before buying another appliance from Uline.

Uline is a standout! Whenever I call Uline a professional polite human answers my call on the first ring! They never hand me an endless menu of buttons to press to find a human. In today’s world how often does this kind of great service happen? I love doing business with a company who puts me first! I just hope they will always keep this kind of service going - thank you!

Ordered a number of Art Boxes that would ship the following day. Was told the delivery person had to have a freight elevator to bring the delivery to my condo. My elevator is not one, but is load-tested to 2,500 lbs. Uline couldn’t guarantee that the driver could simply bring the shipment to the elevator & let me take it from there. So if it was raining, they’d leave it out in the parking lot to get soaked. Since I’m alone, that is BS, so I cancelled the order. Then they had the nerve to still charge me $150 to ship my order back to its original location. This total lack of attention to serving their potential customer(s) is pathetic.

I'm disappointed that Uline continues to send printed catalogs when all of your products are available on your website. I contacted customer service and sent multiple emails requesting that my company be removed from your mailing list, but the catalogs keep coming. It's a shame that Uline doesn't care about the environment and continues to waste paper on something that is completely obsolete.

I received a box of bubble pouches that seemed to be burned, scorced seams, all stuck together until I ripped apart to try to use. The box was thrown away and they wanted me to send back. Why am I responsible for their errors? I would love to share pictures of the product but this site doesn't seem to allow? Update. They sent me another box. It was worse with pieces with burnt edges scattered through the box and now my floor They want me to now ship back both boxes before any credits. They are welcome to send someone out to pick up the mess of static burnt pieces sticking everywhere
