I've using my Air3 for over a year now, and can only say it's an amazing piece of technology that does wonders. Tried laser removal before and it was rather painful and left some scars on my legs. Also tried other IPL brands before purchasing Ulike, but they were not satisfactory. Stick to instructions and you'll see results immediately. Recommended it to my friends, and 3 of them bought it too and are over the moon with the results. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for painless and efficient results. Keep up the good work!

Amazing!!! I know it’s a little pricey but in my opinion it was worth every cent! Definitely recommend my armpits are now bald and I just touch up occasionally when I think about it!

I had such high hopes for this product after being sucked in by a social media influencer (first mistake right there, probably never used it a day in their life!) and thought I was getting a bargain with the £120 discount they were offering, what a costly £250 mistake that was! I have been using this product religiously for the past 6 months hoping and praying I would start to notice a difference, I have wasted hours of my life on it and the bottom line is it doesn’t work. After using it for 6 months I have stopped and 3 weeks later all my hair has fully grown back. I am so disappointed and annoyed at myself for being taken in by this influencer who gets paid to advertise a terrible product.

Horrific company. I ordered my Ulike through Boots UK. The item is shipped directly from Ulike. I placed the order with boots 02/11/2024. I have heard nothing from Ulike about my order or any estimated delivery. 08/11/2024 contacted Ulike customer services and got some generic email that my query has been passed on to the relevant person who will contact ASAP. 48 hours later no contact from anyone from Ulike. In the mean time I have successfully receive 7 marketing emails from the company trying to sell me more. I have now emailed to say I want a full refund as I have no confidence in this company. Do not purchase directly from Ulike or in the UK through Boots. Boots pass all the responsibility to Ulike. Ulike have responded to my review saying someone has been in touch to update me on my product LIE. No one responds to my emails with anything other than generic responses. They have also used the weekend as an excuse why they can’t respond. LIES. We are now on Tuesday and I have no clear response to any of my emails. SCAMMERS STAY CLEAR. The date is 21/11/2024 I week after I was told I would l receive a refund. I have had the money back no from Ulike is contacting me back

Ordered the Air10 IPL and it came defective. Thankfully their Customer Service (Heidi in particular) was FANTASTIC!! They sent me a replacement within the week. Highly recommend this company!
