Not working for me

I have followed the instructions to the letter for 5 weeks. Bikini line ..no reduction at all , legs .. I would say it's become softer but still having to shave every 2 days between treatments after 5 weeks , under arms a reduction despite doing SHR the whole time . Overall I am disappointed . I have medium brown hair medium skin tone . I am going to persevere as I guess some hair is more stubborn but not impressed so far . Sorry, I REALLY want this product to work, I keep re-reading the instructions to see if I am missing something !

It worked for me
For me, the product works well but you do need to keep up the maintenance. I lasted a good 6 weeks before any regrowth which was fabulous. I’ve needed to contact customer services twice and they have responded quickly.

I do like it
I do like it, I have been a bit impatient but I did see noticable results in 1 months. Now getting rid of these hairs will be a long time of using.

I got this product very fast and it did…
I got this product very fast and it did hurt a little so I reached out to return, I had someone explain to me which setting it should be on for my skin and not to go over my tattoos, also they offered me 10% off as well! Great product now that I am using it correctly!

It’s a great machine!
It’s a great machine I got the air10 and saw results really fast with my upper lip and chin area. My husband also liked my results and ended up buying his own air10 machine as well. I also love the rose gold colour that i purchased.
