After I placed the order I was having buyers remorse because it was a lot of money, but after I got it and used it I realized it was worth it! I used it on my under arms and it worked like a charm. I am excited to see the results for my bikini area.

The product arrived very fast after the order in a very nice packaging. It is really painless as described and I find it effective. I don't have many hair because I had laser treatments before and just needed it for maintenance (some hair still grows back) and I find it already effective! The customer service, which I also contacted recently, is excellent and very fast. So I recommend the product with no doubt.

After months of reading reviews and considering whether or not it was worth the money, I finally caved in and purchased it. I had done professional laser hair removal before and I had some lingering hairs left. So annoying!! I got the Ulike 10. BEST. DECISION. EVER!! I was starting to get a couple of unwanted hairs in my chin and after 3 treatments, they’re GONE!! I can say that the investment is totally worth it and justified. It will be great for when my daughter is old enough to use it.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased this through my PayPal and patiently waited. Received no delivery emails or notifications. After a while, I thought to check through my purchase emails and found a link for tracking which was through the royal mail and apparently "delivered in my safe space" 10 days prior. I've received no delivery, No notifications about the delivery. I'm being constantly through PayPal to the Royal Mail to Ulike. The only resolution that Ulike has offered me was to resend the item but to revoke the 90-day money back guarantee. When I argued that I wasn't comfortable with that, they said that they could give me 10 days from the date it gets delivered, but if I return it within those 10 days, I am responsible for the return fees and they'll also be deducting 30% of the £229 I already paid to cover the cost of a lost item from the first one that went missing. My advice? Do not use PayPal credit for this item because at least with your bank, you can dispute under the distance selling directive and dispute that single payment. God knows what I can even do for myself, but hopefully I can save someone else the horrible drama. Order number is - UK45528 (Just in case you actually want to be honourable and accept that you need to file a complaint with the shipping as I have because the item clearly wasn't delivered to my address as you can see on the tracking photo!)
