Product actually works quite well!

Love this amazing device. I have been using it for 100 days now and it has worked on areas best where the hair is thin. My upper lip especially looks so much better and the pores of my hair are nonexistent now. It took many weeks of regular care to get the results I see now. I love how easy to use it is and brand friendly this company is!

The air 3 didn’t reduce any of my chin hairs as promised. BEWARE they’ll ask you to extend your trial in a bad faith attempt to run the clock out on the return window! I requested to exchange for air 10 with a coupon (cheaper than original purchase of air 3) due to more joules but they wrote back and said it’s not got more power or joules which wasn’t true. This caused a delay and then they wrote me back saying I can’t return at all. I used it faithfully for 3 months but it didn’t reduce a single hair on my chin! It did reduce my thinner previously lasered bikini by about 50% but I didn’t buy it for that. It isn’t strong enough for thick hair.

I have always suffered from bad experiences from other laser brands burning my skin or no positive results shown at all. However I was in shock when I heard about Ulike and was eager to try it and was blown away by the results and how easy it was to use and how pain free it was. They have lots of videos to show you how to use effectively with timings etc to help you follow through a guided treatment plan which is amazing and really helpful too. Customer service are very friendly and responsive for any queries you may have too which I don’t find with other companies either so overall it’s a definite win for me! I have no bad words to say about the brand and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Although shaving is required before each use, the overall hair removal results are good. I would recommend it.

This was a gift I bought for my husband, and he said the results are great. He really likes the design and color of the Ulike X and will continue to use it and observe the effects. So far, everything has been excellent.

The product is great! Not painful at all and seems to be reducing not only my hair growth, but also my strawberry legs. The customer service team are also really helpful! They always respond fast and go above and beyond when I had a query. Highly recommend!!

Couldn't use any of my 3 cards to buy the Ulike 10. Even though payment was rejected 3 times, my bank gave me confirmation of 3 purchases. Super strange! Support sounded super scammy and was very unhelpful. The situation is scary because our bank now confirmed 3x269$ of payments and Ulike just tells us to wait and see what happens...
