UlampsReviews of ulamps.com

Very easy to work with 1 class company

Ulamps.com and their product are fantastic. I love my new pendant lights. I had an issue in the beginning and Chany with customer service did everything possible to help me figure out the problem. Chany went above and beyond what was expected, they even came up with scenarios for my electrician to troubleshoot. In the end we determined that the Iotty smart switch had to have a dimmer module installed for proper function.

We got what we wanted at a fair price!

I've purchased a few different lights from Ulamps, including two chandeliers and multiples sconce lights. The products are great and the builds are solid. They are easy to work with and customer service responds quickly. I highly recommend them.

The lamps took longer to arrive than projected. After I had them installed, the electrician advised that they should have come with a carabiner due to their weight to be safely installed. I reached out to the company to inquire about this, but never received a response.

Fixture is beautiful, small discount and arrived on time. Thank you.

Best decision ever! I love this fixture and at the pricepoint, I was nervous ordering online, but I verified the company credentials and ordered and it’s the best piece in my new house. It was shipped well and it’s extremely heavy duty and solidly built. Buy this piece, You won’t regret it!

Love my light fixture!!!
