I got the 71" Ravelle Chandelier. It's great quality and looks just like the Restoration Hardware version. Customer service is top notch. I had many questions for their Customer Service Representative Chany who was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this company and product.

This company is a gem to work with. Their products are well made and of the finest quality. Customer service will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase even if it means to refund you if you’re beyond the refund window. This company will be my go to for future purchases 🤩

We loved our experience from Ulamps. A part of our order was stolen by a porch pirate, and Ulamps' customer service team were incredibly responsive and understanding in resolving the issue and sending a replacement lamp. We will definitely be ordering more lamps in the future.

The dining room chandelier arrived packed in a hard wood box. It is exactly as portrayed on the website. This is the third light I have orders from ULamps. All were fantastic. Customer service was beyond good! I highly recommend ULamps.

The pendants we purchased are too beautiful for words. Everyone always comments on them. The customer service was outstanding. We had a hardware color change and they were able to intercept the order, switch it, and then promptly ship the items just in time for the kitchen crew's installation.
