U.K.ABROADReviews of ukabroad.net

UK PASSPORTS, and my appointed service provider, gave excellent service and most importantly gave timely confirmation along every step of process of my renewal passport application. Living in another country on the other side of the planet, it’s great to be kept in the picture with process and delivery.

The person I dealt with was ver efficient and informative and it made the whole, lengthy process easy

This Passport Site is not the official UK Passport site!!! Do not get SCAMMED!! Consider a report to Action Fraud site for UK Police. I have had what appears to be a similar scam experience to others who have left negative reviews. The website appears in a google search just above that of the official UK passport site. Their website appears similar to that of an official application site(uses a strikingly similar crown logo) and does not clearly identify as an agent or private company unless you delve deeper into their website. It does not list the actual cost of applying on the official site, which is well under half that which they are charging. They have no method of directly contacting the company to dispute a transaction. The addresses listed for their company locations on their website are incomplete(Street name and suburb at best). I have requested callbacks twice with no response. Please follow through and consider reporting this company to Action Fraud at UK Police for its business practices as I have. Please consider reporting to your relevant Fraud Authority. UPDATE: company has made contact and promised full refund(5 to 10 day timeframe), I guess time will tell if the other negative reviews of incomplete refunds are accurate. They also threatened legal action for relaying my experience. Please leave reviews if you have had a similar experience. Companies like this do not deserve to operate unchecked. UPDATE: I have received two things since my last update, one is a slightly lower refund than what I paid, which I accept may be due to currency exchange fluctuations. The second was a berating phone call from a South African accented woman named Elyse accusing me of lying about my experience and repeatedly telling me that I had offended her by doing so. During this phone call I tried to raise the issue of not being able to contact them during Australian business hours and asking for specific details on their company's address in Australia, I also tried to ask why I had not received a callback earlier. She did not answer any of these questions but yelled at me that I should trust her because of her company's "verified" reviews and a statement on their own website assuring me that their company is legitimate. She stated that she had not received any callback requests and requested I send her the email confirmation I had received of the callback requests. I did so but have received no further communication from the Company. I strongly recommend avoiding this company based on my horrible experience with them.

I dealt with Robyn and she was great - gave me clear instructions about what I needed to do, answered any questions I had and really helped me get my application in early. Overall very impressed with the service - thank you to Robyn and the UKAbroad team

Robyn was of great assistance to me - she always answered my queries straight away.

Very quick replies.Clear and re assuring lnstructions. I felt some anxiety on not finding my old passport with the new one as my Australian re-entry visa was attached to the old passport but received a fast and clear explanation that the policy is not to return both passports together.Suggest this should be made clear before application

Everything concerning the renewal of my passport ran so smoothly and swiftly that it was almost a pleasure for me to have it done so effortlessly in the comfort of my house without any hassle. In particular, I would like to point out that the instructions given were clear and comprehensive which made it very easy for me to get things done.

Helpful always letting you know and fast
