Excellent service, was kept informed right through the whole process of renewing my UK passport from Australia .
Whole process took less than four weeks, which included sending my old passport back to the UK (which they paid for)

Wow what an amazing company
Wow what an amazing company! I used them to renew my passport from Australia. I am not sure about these other reviews but I could not recommend UKABROAD anymore! They checked all my documents were correct and even organised a courier to collect my things. I had my new passport in my hands within 5 weeks from when I first filled in my application.

A real scam
I have had the same experience with the others here - the web page was misleading in a way that the users easily misunderstood it as the official UK government website and then charged an expensive amount. An email was immediately sent to the company to ask for a cancellation but the staff kept avoiding the request. And also the only positive comment here was actually posted by the staff. This is obviously a scam.

This website is masquerading as the…
This Scurrilous website is masquerading as the official UK Passport Office. They charge a very inflated fee for their service. After a few days I asked them to cancel my application because I was advised by my English friends that this was a fraudulent website. Reluctantly they repaid my application fee minus 25% which they claimed was a service fee (for no service) although the application had not proceeded, Do not believe their propaganda or protestations to the contrary as they are only dedicated to cheating you out of your money. I am now receiving messages to say that my review may be deleted unless I supply information which they already have in their possession as instanced by their telephone call to me in January by Elyse. Again you are requesting information which ukabroad already have in their possession. I have a record of the fee (less 25%) which they returned to my bank account plus a record of a telephone call I received from Elyse (0061432851585) January 27th at 3.25 pm. This is further proof that this company are a fraudulent and scurrilous website resorting to bullying tactics and total lack of integrity. My Bank has a record of my telephone call and scam complaint about ukabroad. This company will use any tactic or trick to create a positive impression to fool people while cheating them out of their money. Please do not waste your money. Such a coincidence that there have been a flurry of positive reviews mid February to counteract the negative reviews. They are typically short, vague and hastily written, without a lot of concrete details or a mention of the extortionate inflated fee.
