I was worried because my British Passport expired whilst I was ill. I found UK Abroad online, Brannan helped me so efficiently with applying for a new passport. I expected hassles and hold ups, as in the past applying for a passport has been difficult, particularly if you have had name changes. Brannan answered all my queries promptly, my application was processed so fast, it was hard to believe. Their site is easy to navigate, enquiries are answered immediately. I would highly recommend UK Abroad to everyone who needs to renew their existing passport or apply for a new one.
