Passport renewal from overseas. Brannan was the person who dealt with my application for my passport renewal. Communication relating to the process, progress and all documentation requirement was friendly, clear and very professional. Excellent service that I strongly recommend. Balram Ramsurn

Excellent service. The only problem was DHL but that could be because of where I live. Brannan was very good and and helped throughout the process. Highly recommend

I was able to renew my passport without any anxiety or concerns. My emails were answered quickly and I had help every step of the way. I received my new passport in less than a month from start to finish. Government websites can be confusing so I was very happy to find another site to take the stress out of the renewal process.

This is a great service for those living abroad. Well organized with the couriers and always kept me up to date with progress. A bit of a glitch at the beginning when perhaps I was sent the wrong list of documents or, possibly, the Passport Office requested more. However it was resolved at no extra cost.

I found that the person I was assigned to was always helpful. They were quick with their responses and when they messed up my one request to change my name they acted on this immediately.

A very short turnaround time from applying for a renewal of my British Passport on the 29th of December 2023 at HM Passport Office online to receiving my new passport on the 17th of January 2024 as a British Citizen living in Germany including a great service with simple instructions step by step. For this good work it would have been 5 stars but due to the large increase in pricing 4 stars only ;-)

Very Professional and the best experiance

Despite my initial upset when I realised I had just paid so much for my new passport because I was on the wrong website, I must commend them for their friendly service and speedy response in refunding my money in full into my account.
