I bought the flashspeed600 less than a year ago. At first i thought it was great, very happy with the product. But a couple of months ago, the device stopped charging. Now it has charged to 92%, but wont charge any further. It also wont power any devices. Flashes up what appears to be an error Have tried multiple emails to their support addresses and their WhatsApp (as advised by the AI bot on their website) but every thing i send goes ignored/unanswered. Terrible customer service to not even have a response to emails!

Excellent service

Having spent many thousands of pounds on VTOMAN equipment I have been very happy with the quality but recently my JUMP 2200 has developed a fault whereby the AC circuitry has gone faulty internally and I cannot use the AC sockets. I emailed VTOMAN with a description of the fault and they replied asking for a video and details of my purchase. They repiled the same day saying that it was probably the fault I described. I have then sent many emails asking what I need to do regarding getting it repaired under warranty and the response has been.....nothing but the sound of crickets. So buyers beware, the kit is good but if you have a problem they are unlikely to honour their warranty UPDATE 24/7/2026 I received an email from VTOMAN with a returns label to send my faulty unit back to them. I had to find a local printer who would print the returns label from my phone and ask a friend for a box to return the faulty unit, but I have returned the unit to VTOMAN on 28/7/2026 so will see what happens next.

Handle on my vtoman is broken and its been handled poorly.. Was told it could be returned but it'll be a lengthy process and gave me an option of £30 compensation...its too heavy to manually shift around..so really unhappy

Compré un panel solar que vino defectuoso de fábrica y la gestión de esta empresa es inaceptable. El soporte técnico tarda semanas enteras en contestar a cada mensaje. Es desesperante. Y cuando por fin responden, envían una contestación automatizada que parece de un bot, con respuestas absurdas que demuestran que ni se han leído el caso. Ahora me exigen que les envíe el panel roto ANTES de mandarme el de reemplazo, lo que significa dejarme semanas o meses completamente sin electricidad. Les he explicado mi situación repetidamente y les da igual. No tienen empatía con el cliente. Quedo a la espera de la actualización del caso y de que me den una solución lógica (envío adelantado del recambio). Si solucionan el problema de forma justa, actualizaré la puntuación de este comentario. Mientras tanto, no recomiendo comprar aquí

The service they keeps me updated and answers some questions I had. Be running it for about month now. I run my TV and all the access and when not on the TV. On my PC. Can run them for about 3 1/2 days. Charge it with solar panels so Free power. Very happy with it 🌟

Extremely poor quality—the control unit with the backup battery doesn't work. No updates, no reset, no functional support—impossible to reach by phone. After what felt like 1,000 emails, I received replacement units—also defective—and now it's radio silence again. Never again!
