I am Satisfied with this battery.
Having used this rechargeable battery pack from VTOman for 2 months every day, I am pleased with its performance, my usage is, charge over night from off-peak grid low rate use all day to boil kettles or run white goods and charge other rechargeable devices all at the lower overnight grid rate, these = 8 kettle boils or 2 full hottest washes, it may not seem much but when one considers the difference between rates it builds up over a month. 5 stars.

The battery arrived quickly
The battery arrived quickly. At present it gives a Samsung digital compressor freezer fridge an extra 18 hours of power before it finally goes off. I am hoping power cuts will not be any longer than that.

The only thing that makes them a 4 star…
The only thing that makes them a 4 star is the lack of communication otherwise it would be a 5 star from me. They had a week off when I ordered and they didn’t inform me the solar panel was out of stock otherwise good service and price. I haven’t used it yet

So far I am impressed.I see the display easily, it even has a light if the power goes out.Its not too heavy even for me to lift. Only had it one week so we will see how good it is when the power goes off.

Excellent products.
The ordering is simple via the net, some confusion on delivery, wish I was told delivery was two separate deliveries as I thought something had gone wrong. You can only contact via email and wait 24 hours for response with a lot of my ney involved I didn't like that. The power bank is great and seems very well designed and made. Sturdy, looks like it will last. It's May so the solar panel is producing 170 watts in full sun, assume that will go up in the height of summer. Panel is very well made too, it could do with a clip to hold the two handles together so it acts as one item. The branding is 'loud' I might cover it to make it less noticeable to thieves. I am very happy with these products, really good stuff! Whether microwaving at the beach hut or hoovering dandelion heads to stop them spreading or mowing the lawn the power bank is great.

I think your system got confused with…
I think your system got confused with google maps as my property has a house name rather than number. I have to say I started to panic, what with the to and throw of couple of emails saying my address was wrong. After we got that sorted speedy delivery, I can’t fault. Not had chance to try it out properly yet but thanks.

Good delivery
Good delivery, not sure why 3 different delivery companies were involved, so packages arrived at different times but all from the same origin. Unit was well packaged and worked out the box. Great product
