Uk TopdealsmaxReviews of uk.topdealsmax.com

I live in rural Bulgaria. I ordered a pool ioniser and it arrived within 10 days in perfect condition, delivered by Speedy to my door. The product is of excellent quality although too early to judge results in the pool. I note some poor reviews but I’m very satisfied with the service. Not always easy to get stuff shipped out here

I ordered an anti dog barking 4719338 order today. Stupid ne didnt read reviews on this company before ordering. 15 mins later I emailed them to cancel but they refused saying it had been processed and sent to shipping already and in transit..all within 15 mins. Liars. Cheats. Advice appreciated

Do NOT buy from this Company! I ordered a specific thermostat in December and when it finally arrived, late January (from China of course!) it was the wrong variant. They asked me to send a photo, which I did, & then asked me to return to China via tracked post (which cost me £16). After numerous follow-up emails, they finally agreed to refund my account over one month ago (promised within 1-3 days). Needless to say, they have failed to do so. I have now reported the Company to the Fraud Team at my bank, HSBC, in a final effort to retrieve my money.

AVOID this scam company at all costs. I purchased a device from them which was not functioning correctly, had issues charging and not as in the description. I contacted the company immediately, now three weeks ago, to request return information. I was requested to send photographs and video of the device in 'action'. I did everything that was asked of me to no avail. When I raised a dispute with PayPal they contacted me again implying that I was not using the device correctly! This company are a scam. They are ignoring consumer rights, refusing to inform customers of a return process, using every tactic under the sun to avoid any acknowledgement of our basic consumer rights.

Item didn't arrived. I have raise complain and ask about money back. You will email with machine , contantly I am receiving three the ssame emails. The most redicilous email came inform me about refunded money on date before purchase

Avoid this company- it’s a scam- based in China. Paid for Earmuffli EarPods. Weeks later received much cheaper Sanag ear pods without explanation. Initially highly responsive customer service from Sophia M. who offered various amounts of compensation before offering then retracting the offer of their sending EarMuffli replacement and my keeping the Sanag. Then tried to persuade me that they are the same product anyway. When I then quoted my statutory rights and requested a full refund they offered 30% upfront and the rest plus postage after I had paid for return postage to China! No chance. Now opening dispute with PayPal to recoup my money.

This is a scam. Cheap, nasty, and a con. Avoid. Don’t go anywhere near this appalling outfit. You have been warned.

Items lasted less than 3 hrs. Two sets faulty and customer service clearly have no intention of honouring their warranties Avoid !
