Uk TopdealsmaxReviews of uk.topdealsmax.com

I made an order and cancelled it with 10 minutes of ordering after then reading all the bad reviews. The company said they could not stop the package being posted and so it was posted out to me, and then recalled. I never saw this parcel and the tracking details confirm this. 3 months later they still have my money and say there is a delivery issue back to them and can't refund my money until they get the parcel back, even though it never got delivered to me. They are a con, don't get caught out.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product and immediately requested a refund. Customer Serviced were very prompt to respond and follow the process to refund my payment in full. Within 24 hours I received confirmation that the refund had been requested

Ordered a wildlife camera from this company in June, which I've since realised was overpriced and could have been bought cheaper locally. I had problems setting it up so emailed the company, did receive prompt advice and got it working. After a couple of days it stopped working and so I requested a refund. The camera was sent to China on 13th July, tracked (at a cost of c£12). I tracked it as far as customs in China 10 days later and thought recently, oh well that's £115 gone :-( . Received refund this morning, cost of camera but not postage. I had paid for 1 year extended warranty so maybe this made the difference. 2 stars for product, 5 for service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They make up their reviews on their website!! They take your money and I had to wait months for it to arrive!!…theY SENT A PIECE OF. JUNK. A steam mop that WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, the wand attachment broke on first use, and machine worked less than 4 hours in TOTAL. Horrible company to deal with, told me I would get a refund and I didn’t need to return item as it was too expensive postage, then they wanted a video/photos, said I would get a refund then said they wanted video/photos again, now they wont give me a refund but a crap replacement but want the original item back IM SO ANGRY!!! I hate buying from China there’s so many bad companies to deal with

Arrived ok in a timely manner, Tried item out all seems ok so far.

Scam company, won't reply in a timely manner and when they do its all AI generated.

This company scams people into thinking they are dealing with a UK based company. I was on a comparison site and chose the Item with a good review, It then took me to UK Topdealsmax, thinking I was still dealing with a UK seller I ordered the item, after not receiving any dispatch notification after 4 weeks I checked the status only to find it was still being processed. I then did some digging and found out this company are based in China, I tried to cancel my order via email only to be told it had been dispatched and couldn't be stopped, I enquired about how to get a refund and was told to simply reject the delivery and it would be returned to them. After a further two weeks a parcel arrived (along with several others) in a delivery bag with my address label over another label, no sender or return address. I contacted them again and was informed that to get a full refund I needed to return the item to their sorting house via tracked postal service, upon checking the average cost from the UK was £74 for an item costing £100, I conceded to accept a partial refund of £21. The item is substandard, and doesn't do the job it was brought for. This company should not be allowed to trade on and UK website.

Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Chinese scams. I wish I would read reviews at trustpilot before I purchased item which been delivered faulty. I been offered £20 discount and dont need to return item. Or send it back to China at my cost, which costed me £36. Still waiting for full refund. AVOID
