I live in rural Bulgaria. I ordered a pool ioniser and it arrived within 10 days in perfect condition, delivered by Speedy to my door. The product is of excellent quality although too early to judge results in the pool. I note some poor reviews but I’m very satisfied with the service. Not always easy to get stuff shipped out here

I ordered a product at the cost of £109, which was a very large discount. I had forgotten to check the company or read the reviews, which was an unusual omission on my part. I became concerned that there appeared to be no movement re transporting the item to the UK. I then read the terrible reviews which included issues with products and problems with refunds. I panicked, cancelled my order and requested a refund. I ordered the product on 7th January and I am very pleased to report that I received a full refund on 21st January. I have to give the company five stars for customer service.

Item arrived as ordered and matched description. I ordered a kids camera and SD card and they arrived well packaged. Delivery took 3 weeks, so maybe not for you if you need an item quickly.
