Uk TopdealsmaxReviews of uk.topdealsmax.com

I fell for it...and paid £150 for a Kiddidip paddling pool, a similar product is c £30!! The report which recommended the product looked Legit but was clearly a CON. This Company should be debarred from advertising & selling

Appalling. Delivered a wildlife camera that was advertised as having cellular connectivity. There was no such feature. After proving this, they told me I could return it to China at my own expense, or get a partial refund to accept the lack of the feature. Do not make the same mistake, do not purchase from this company.

Sprinkler system reviewed not in working order. Topdealsmax first insisted I send them a video of the sprinkler not working and then gave me a returns address in China. Obviously they know that I am not going to return an item that cost £64 and weighs 1KG at my own expense to China in the offchance of getting a refund. As close to outright fraud as it is possible to get.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a foot massager which was faulty. After multiple emails, had to send product back to China. Eventually received a refund for my order but not the postal costs which had been promised. This company purports to deliver great customer care but it’s a complete myth. They just give the runaround with emails and false promises. SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF WASTED TIME AND BUY ELSEWHERE.

AVOID AVOID AVOID bought the delpinwat swim watch, used it once and it's been scrolling through the tabs by itself, I've followed all the instructions but it's just not working, it eventually died completely and despite charging it again it won't switch on. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Customer service is a joke. Also it looks like bestpulse.co.uk is the same company as topdealsmax.uk, best pulse recommend the watch as No1. It's a scam. Update: If you want a refund then you have to pay to send it back to china, even if you do there's no guarantee you'll get your money back. ‼️‼️‼️

I was foolishly deceived into paying £59, reduced from £118, for a KoolFany while it would have been overpriced at £9. I am genuinely sadened that companies resort to this kind of deception to make money. I have now binned this item as the sight of it reminds me of how I was fooled.

The absolute worst experience from a supplier. I ordered two A/C units on the same day and had 2 order confirmation e-mails and payments taken. But the supplier has only recognised one order and the second payment, although taken from my account, has disappeared into the ether. Nor have the units arrived. This is a sham for a supplier.

Ordered a bike helmet which arrived nothing like the one I ordered and it was damaged also, 3 weeks later still no reply 🤨
