Inadvertently ordered wrong size, took month to come, returned same day and a month later still had no credit or shipping correct size. Updated: I Cancelled. Then contacted PayPal, and they got in the mix so have my money back. My Amazon case arrived in 3 days and cost 1/3 the amount.

So I ordered a phone case not realising it was based in the US. I've been waiting for it to arrive for weeks now,and nothing. They provided the DHL tracking number, but apparently its still in the states. I've emailed them to cancel my order and get a refund, but I'll not hold my breath. Clearly dodgy AF and I'm pretty sure I won't see my case or my money again. Avoid this company like the plague... Clearly fraudulent and scammers.

Non-existent customer service. I tried to contact this company minutes after placing my order and heard nothing. I've tried to contact them a dozen time since with no reply Well, now I've discovered their returns policy and it would cost more than the item is worth. That is- if it appears at all.

I trust everybody until they give me a reason not to. Don't order from this company. They do not reply to request for order updates. I bought a charger from them due to the low price. Pay the extra 5 or 10 dollars and do not use this company.

A pain & a bit of a scam - AVOID - they are based in the US and will send you something but it will take ages (over a month) and be low quality. You won't be able to send it back as you'll have to pay for postage to the US and restocking charges. I gave up on them, bought the same cable from elsewhere & got it the next day. They wouldn't consider a refund, even though package was sitting in the US for pretty much the whole time.
