CellPhoneCases.com, LLCReviews of uk.cellphonecases.com

Do not use this company. Ordered a phone case from this website, because is said UK and the payment was in GBP. Case was for an iPhone SE, it clearly said that on their order, when it eventually arrived weeks later the case was for an iPhone 7/8. Sent them an email to complain and their response was the phones are the same, tried to put my phone into the case and surprise, it did not fit. Tried to return it but it meant paying for the postage which was more expensive than the case, ended up throwing it out, very misleading, a company in the USA with a UK headed website and no sign of a UK office.

Be ware still awaiting product after 2 weeks trying to reclaim money

Wish I'd read these reviews prior to ordering! Found this site when I specifically googled for UK suppliers. Nowhere does it show that you are actually ordering from the US. Their email even says UK! Purposefully misleading! I ordered on 6.6.20 and today 6.7.20 my item is still in the US! Was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday!

The item was listed in pounds, unknown to me it was being shipped from the States. Never arrived, cannot get through on email. PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! For all UK customers purchasing from this company via Amazon. This company is based in the United States. They did not ship my order, they did not respond to my emails and when they did, they lied. You have been warned!

UK web address but unknown to me an american company. After 4 weeks without any communication as to when product arrives I sent 2 emails. NO coherent response, definitely dodgy company, avoid like the plague they will no doubt blame their lame service on. Tried to cancel, my money has gone and no sign of a phone case.

Ordered a phone case a couple of months ago. Didn't realise it was a company based in USA as wasn't apparent when I ordered it. After 6 weeks I tried to contact the company as had still not arrived. Had no confirmation email from them either, but had used PayPal so had that confirmation. Slow to respond and unhelpful. Case finally arrived about a week after I started questioning it. Was not as expected but will just have to take it on the chin. Told them I would not use them again as slow & poor service. Have just received an extremely rude email from them in response. They don't deserve your business. Be aware.

As soon as I placed the order I realized the company was based in the USA which meant a very long delivery time up to 20 working days. I contacted them immediately requesting to cancel the order but they ignored me completely. Very dodgy people who just want to grab your money. Be careful!
