Great extensions have been great. The only brand I have purchased that didn’t slip. The color match was good and the quality is silky soft!

I have ordered several of the injection tape-in extensions. I have had them in over a month. I haven’t experienced any issues. They are easy to install and remove. I just removed a couple to readjust them myself, and they came out very easily. I haven’t had any tangles or tugging. Recently, I had to place a new order for a brighter color for my wedding coming up in September. I reached out to Cherry to see if she can help me get them sooner. She was able to help me rush order them and I got them just in time for my trip in a couple days. I have zero complaints and customer service is always helpful. Definitely a great investment!

After switching over to Ugeat Human Hair Extensions, I couldn't be happier. They are consistent with their product quality including hair color and thickness. My hairdresser is able to attach them easily and they do not fall out, unlike other beaded products I have used in the past. I am able to utilize the strands for over 6 months if not longer, and I utilize heat daily. For the cost and value, it is well worth the investment! I have also been extremely pleased with the response time and conversations with customer service. They have been very valuable in my experience, in a positive way!

Went back to wearing extensions recently and have been trying out different companies. This is, by far my favorite. EXCELLENT customer service, (Cherry, you're awesome!) and hair is really pretty. I live in Hawaii so everything takes forever to ship but my order arrived quickly. Also, all the salt from the ocean and tropical climate are killers on hair and these extensions are staying silky. I just do a little oil treatment 1 to 2 x a week. I will absolutely purchase more. It's not often you have such an enjoyable experience buying something! Mahalo!

Mahalo for such a wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that you had such a positive experience with our extensions and that Cherry was able to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Hearing that your order arrived quickly in Hawaii and that the hair is holding up beautifully even with the salt and tropical climate makes us so proud of the quality we stand behind. We truly appreciate your trust and can’t wait to serve you again for your future purchases.

I absolutely LOVE my new extensions! Ugeat not only has great quality hair extensions but the customer service support is top tier coming from a customer service representative and manager. There was a shipping delay and they emailed me before the shipping notice advised of the delay and offered expedited shipping at a discounted price for the inconvenience. Hair came in packaged beautifully and in great condition. The hair is so soft and not heavy!!! I am so pleased and cannot wait to try more!!
