Had a good experience with this…
Had a good experience with this company! I ordered last Monday and needed my item by a selected date! I was worried due to holidays of shipping. That would be my only complaint but it wasn't the company fault at all whatsoever and still arrived in time. UPS was delayed from holidays and it went from not updating to being at my front door. Overall very happy and customer service was extremely supportive and fast responsive helping me work thru the process. very happy!

They have the best customer service
They have the best customer service. After I placed the order, I realized it was the wrong kind. Sent an email and they took care of it right away. Most customer service will not respond til days later. Will definitely order from them again.

Great quality products and great service
Great quality products that I have been using for years and great,prompt service for any questions. Love the quick and efficient communication/resolution when something is not in stock at that moment. Other companies could learn from this business model...it's great.

This was my first time ordering hair…
This was my first time ordering hair from this company, and I was really impressed with how quickly they shipped my order. After placing it, I realized I might not have purchased enough, so I ordered more. Unfortunately, the specific lengths I needed were out of stock, but the team was incredibly accommodating in helping me find an alternative. They weren’t pushy at all just helpful and efficient. They offered to swap my 18-inch for 16-inch bundles, which worked out perfectly since I could layer my hair. Overall, the customer service was amazing, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

Great Hair Topper for a Great Price- Highly Recommend!
I bought an inexpensive hair topper from Ugeat before going on holidays, as I didn't want the sun to bleach out the very expensive one I bought from a salon. It came very quickly (in time for my holiday) & I was amazed at the quality. I wore it in the hot Egyptian sun & it didn't get damaged at all- I now prefer it to the one I spent ten times the price on!
