Long story short: I fried my actual hair and my hairdresser said "no bleach for six months." I bought a cheap hair topper off Amazon to get me through the dark days (hahaha). I loved it so much that I did some quick girl math (I'm not getting highlights for x months at x dollars) and decided I DESERVED a real hair version so I splurged. Well, words cannot describe how awful this thing was. It was supposed to be ombre/balayage blonde, but it was nearly black roots and muddy ends--it almost looked dip-dyed. It was thin and limp and there was literally a layer of broken hair all around the top. (I have photos but there's no way to upload them here.) There were less than five minutes between my delivery confirmation and my request to return it; keeping it wasn't even a faint option. Customer service was prompt and polite--they offered me $20 to keep it hahahahaha. (The topper was $250) After a few back and forths, they agreed I could return it for a refund "minus a 15% fee UNLESS IT WAS A QUALITY ISSUE." I sent them photos and assured them it was definitely a quality issue. Well, I returned the thing and they "determined" that there were no issues (!) and kept the 15%. From their email: "We just got feedback and the hair has been checked and there are no issues. Regarding your question "There is a layer of broken hair around the entire thing", since our hair topper is single drawn, in order to be more natural, the hair has been processed to a certain extent, so there will be a little short hair. The production process can also effectively prevent hair from falling out. Our quality problems refer to hair falling out and knotting, etc., so we cannot provide you with a full refund, please understand." In the end, they were polite and responsive and I did get 85% of my money back which is better than nothing... but obviously I don't recommend buying from Ugeat to say the least.

I bought a hair extension and it was nothing as they promised on their website so after emailing them I PAID and returned the product. All new except I had to open and check the hair which I explained in the email. They keep the money and the hair. I can't even comprehend how they keep the returned hair and my money. I got ripped off my money and will tell everyone not to buy from them. The product they sent me was nothing like they promised. We can't just let these things happen again and again...we have to do something about it. Trust should be built to be in business with people. zero star !!!!

the hair is extremely dry, it tangles without stopping. they should be brushed at least 10 times a day. with each brushing a lot of hair falls out. At this rate, I won't be able to wear the extensions for just one week. I have thick hair, usually 200gr is enough for my tape in extensions, Ugeat hair is so thin that even 250gr is not enough for me. Don't waste your money on them or buy elsewhere. the hair is the worst quality i have bought. It is clearly made in China.

The hair seems fake and the topper had a patch of hair missing, making it unusable. I contacted them and they said I bought a product that was on sale so I can't get a refund. They told me to buy another product at full price if I'm unhappy with what I received. So basically "sale" means defective. Stay away from this site!

Terrible Hair terrible service they flat out called me a liar and said it wasn’t their hair that was dried up as soon as I washed it once it was not Virgin hair I thought with them for a couple of months they did not believe me very unsatisfied

Absolutely false advertising. The worst cheap hair and the weight accuracy is way off. Typically a bundle is 100g , but not this… your lucky to get 10grams a piece.the hair is thin, cheap and not accurate. The reviews on their site are paid, cuz there is no way they are 5 stars… I paid $500 for literally a dolls head worth, and now they are not accepting my emails to get a refund I should of read more reviews on other sites, cuz these are the worst After reading the reply I laugh, I took them out immediately and threw them away. Rigorous testing??? Quality hair?? How?? They were gross, tangled and literally so thin I was embarrassed to have them. I ended up going thru a trusted vendor and 5 months later, I’m still thrilled with my other hair. I’d never ever use these guys… customer service 5 months later? Nah

This hair and company is absolute GARBAGE! I requested a return/refund and sent them a picture of the return label with the address they provided. The return was recieved and signed for. The customer service department is now say they did not recieve the return and that "it was sent to the wrong address" because the delivery city was Hacienda Heights and not City of Industry. I let them know that Hacienda Heights and City of Industry share the same zipcode and that the package was in fact delivered to the correct address. They were refusing to give me my refund because they couldn't find the package. After 5 days of going back and forth through email, I called my bank and disputed the charge. This has been an absolute nightmare!
