I ordered hair extensions but it didn’t match mine.
I ordered hair extensions but unfortunately, it didn’t match my hair. I was very disappointed that it didn’t match because the feel of the hair was so soft and silky and you could tell it was great quality! I was nervous about the refund process and if I would get refunded but I dealt with Cherry as my representative and she was awesome, she responded to all my emails right away and very professionally and I was refunded my money in a timely manner! The process was painless and it is worth trying extensions from Ugeat!

I’ve been looking for a new hair…
I’ve been looking for a new hair distributor with more longevity and better price point. This is the third time I have ordered and the hair is beautiful! My clients and I couldn’t be happier! And the price point! Not to mention the amazing Customer Service they have. I will be making them my new hair distributor from now on. Don’t second-guess it just order it!

A+ customer service
I emailed with Cherry after two weeks of not hearing or receiving any updates in tracking. She was quick and helpful! I still haven’t received the extensions but the customer service itself deserves 5 stars. Hoping these extensions will come in soon!

Love the extensions and the best part…
Love the extensions and the best part was the customer service! After ordering these I realized I needed them faster and reached out to customer service “Cherry” she was fantastic!
