I am writing to formally complain about…
I am writing to formally complain about the moving services provided by Two Men and a Truck on May 27, 2026.
I hired your company on May 22, 2026, for a move scheduled on May 27, 2026. The agreed estimate for the move was between four and six hours for a partial household move consisting of approximately one bedroom and part of a living room. I was also charged an additional $75 fee to ensure that my mattress and furniture would be properly wrapped and protected to avoid damages. The total estimated cost provided to me was $1,391.
The movers arrived late at approximately 9:30 a.m. after reportedly getting lost several times while attempting to locate my address. From the beginning, the workers appeared extremely inexperienced and worked at an unreasonably slow pace. It took them more than four hours just to load the truck, which was completely unacceptable given the size of the move.
During the loading process, I contacted Jose Andino multiple times to report the excessive delays. By approximately 1:00 p.m., the movers were still loading the truck. Throughout the move, my family and I repeatedly instructed the movers to be more careful with our belongings. Their responses were dismissive, including statements such as, “It’s okay” and “It’s no big deal.”
The furniture was then transported to my new address. Once again, we requested that the movers handle the furniture carefully, but our concerns were ignored. In addition, despite paying for a full-service move that included disassembling and reassembling furniture, my family and I were forced to assist the movers by holding doors and helping facilitate the move. Although the movers had been informed of the building’s required move-in time frame, these concerns were dismissed. Ultimately, the building supervisor had to make an exception to allow the movers to finish and remove furniture that had been left sitting in the hallway.
At the conclusion of the move, several items were left unfinished, and two chairs were never delivered. At this time, I still do not know the location of those chairs. Furthermore, despite the damages caused to my furniture and the incomplete services provided, I was informed that I would still be charged $1,992 instead of the original estimate of $1,391.
After the move, I again contacted Jose Andino to report the damages and missing items. I was told the driver would complete a damage report; however, no report was ever provided to me. I was then informed that because the company would be busy on May 28, 2026, I would not receive a call from a manager for at least 48 hours. I find this completely unacceptable. A matter of this seriousness should be addressed with urgency.
I am an elderly woman who was willing to pay the necessary cost to avoid having to physically assist with the move and to ensure that my belongings would be handled professionally and with care. Instead, I have been left with damaged furniture, missing items, incomplete services, and an apartment that I am now forced to refurnish. I have even been left without a bed to sleep on as a result of this experience.
Your company was hired to perform a professional moving service. Instead, it appeared that two inexperienced employees with little or no moving experience were assigned to my move, resulting in substantial inconvenience, stress, and financial loss.
As a result of this unacceptable service, I am requesting the following:
Full reimbursement of the $1,992 charged for services that were not performed according to the contract and for the damages caused.
Compensation for all damaged furniture, including the removal and replacement of damaged items.
An immediate investigation regarding the missing chairs and either their return or reimbursement for their value.
A copy of the damage report that was promised but never provided.
Please contact me promptly to resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, I am prepared to pursue further action through my credit card company, consumer protection agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and any other legal remedies available to me.
I expect a prompt response regarding this matter, as I need to be fully moved in no later than May 30, 2026.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Stockbridge, GA location. The communication and pricing were very unprofessional. Joshua Gray and an operator named Coco failed to clearly explain that the company offers separate loading and packing packages, which resulted in unexpected higher costs. Coco explained what packing services would include but failed to mention they were part of a completely separate package at an additional cost.
When the movers arrived, they had little to no packing materials, and the process felt unnecessarily slow, which only increased the final bill far beyond the original estimate. They also did not handle my belongings with care, which added even more frustration to the experience. After I spoke with their boss in an attempt to get the situation corrected, the movers displayed poor attitudes instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. On top of that, the movers left their used supplies and trash all over the house without cleaning up after themselves, which was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Despite the confusion, wasted time, misleading information, careless handling, and lack of professionalism, no discount or proper resolution was offered. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Great experience
I hired this company after vetting a few others. I was surprised by the size of the movers because my furniture is quite heavy. They lifted and moved with no problems. They did an outstanding job protecting my furniture before putting it on the truck. They organized my things in the storage unit to maximize space. Everything was done in a timely manner so I wasn’t shocked by the invoice. I will definitely use them again if I need movers.

PLEASE do not hire this moving company
PLEASE do not hire this moving company. Their staff is not trained. The damage they caused to my house, moving my furniture, has been devastating, and the damage to my furniture caused by their incompetence is indescribable. The answer to my complaint was "YOU SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE MOVING STAFF." Customers get to insure their staff????

Horrible
Horrible! They've overcharged my Visa by $496 (a 30% increase over their estimate), over the amount of the sales order they gave us at the end that we signed. They are completely dishonest and incompetent.

Way more expensive than the quote
Way more expensive than the quote, which you better save because it will be gone if you try to review it later for accuracy. You don't just pay for the job, you also pay for drive time. Timer starts when they leave the facility and ends when they park. How do you know if they stop or detour to drag out the clock? You don't. You also pay in full before they leave, how am I paying for travel time if they're still here? How are you calculating time for a drive you didn't finish and that customers cannot monitor? I paid $55 for gas, they drove 5 miles with my stuff. I was charged for insurance coverage that I refused, waiting for a refund. Why did I pay if I refused? Because I wasn't given an itemized receipt until over an hour after I paid, which is when I saw the overbilling. I saw the high charge and asked the mover if my deposit was applied and he said I'll get my deposit back in a few days, which was found to be a lie after speaking to management. It's giving "charge a bill and tailor the receipt after". Also watch those initials and signatures because I didn't sign anything after the move, yet "my initials" were there attesting that the truck was empty and that it all went well.
They didn't break anything, but $500 to move 2 pieces of furniture 5 miles in 90 minutes (charged for 2.75 hours) on a weekday is criminal. I'll never hire another mover, I'll ask a brother cousin or crackhead before I hire a mover.
