While the crew was great, the company itself was the worst. They charged me way more than estimated. They had me originally scheduled for three men, but one of them called out sick, resulting in the move taking much longer than estimated - and I’m the one that got stuck with the bill for that! Their manager tried to say I wasn’t really supposed to have three guys, but I saw on paperwork that was left on my counter that a third mover was originally scheduled to come. And even if I hadn’t been meant to have three movers (which I was), best case scenario is that the estimator did a terrible job estimating how long the move would take. As far as the work that was done, no complaints, the crew was awesome, but the billing in my opinion was shady af.

Overcharged for Broken Items
On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing on my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable.
These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back!
They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!!
I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.

Modern day hostage situation
Hired their services to move items already packaged and boxed from an 8 by 20 storage unit to a house roughly 10 minutes away. Was quoted 520 USD for the move which was to take 3 hours. The guys arrived promptly at the agreed to time and began loading. The storage units had a loading ramp and heavy duty flat bed carts to utilize so multiple items could be moved at a time. What should have taken these two guys and me, because I pitched in here and there, an hour or two to load the truck took over 3. There were no stairs or elevators and the loading ramp was at the trucks rear box height. They called in a third guy because they were falling behind on schedule for whatever reason. After the truck was loaded is when the hostage situation happened, I had to agree to extra charges because their estimator something something and they were running behind. So the 500 bucks + turned into double that for an 8 by 20 foot storage unit moving less than 5 miles. I only gave an additional star due to how professional the poor college kid was that was leading the crew. I'd never use them again, I could see a hundred extra bucks, but not double the original estimate.

4 happy guys in Albuquerque packed my 3…
4 happy guys in Albuquerque packed my 3 bedroom house. I forgot to tip so arrainged a big tip over the phone. Then I found stained glass lampshades with no padding or wrapping smashed in a box on arrival. Canceled the tip. Don't bother with a claim at $0.10 a pound. Read the exceptions before you hire. You can't ship antiques, art, anything fragile or "one of a kind" items.
A bunch of people will be happy to pack your house badly and not care.

Don't trust the price quote.
Don't trust the price quote.
When I moved, I told Two Men and a Truck (Fond du Lac) everything about my move right down to parking distance from the doors, whether they could prop doors open or not, and what exact items I had and which items required special attention. They gave me a highly detailed, computerized price quote claiming the move would cost $852 to $1278 for my very small one bedroom apartment.
The quote stated: "No one likes surprises at the end of their move, so please review this information carefully. This estimate is based upon the information you've provided us, which is detailed above. Please contact our office if there's anything we've missed or overlooked, as any changes to the amount of goods we move may impact your final costs."
The move went perfectly. I was ready when they arrived and I had the exact items I told them I had. There were no surprises, so I felt sure I would be charged at the lower end of the range they quoted me. Afterall, they said the quote was based on the information I gave them, right?
But no. When the move was over, they tried to charge me $745 MORE than the lower end of the price estimate they gave me... almost DOUBLE the estimate they gave me. ($319 or 125% more than the 'worst case scenario' end of the quote.)
When I disputed the amount I was told they charge by the hour and they completely ignored the price estimate they gave me. It's just a gimmick I guess.
Management was patient after I disputed the quote, and the company did adjust the balance to charge me the maximum end of the price quote instead of the inflated amount. But I still feel I was forced to pay more than I should have. I feel I should have been charged closer to the low range since the move was fully known and went as planned. I also lost a furniture caddy in the move and there was an extra small charge for the mattress cover I requested in advance that should have been included in the quote.
So don't trust the price quote!
But if it weren't for the cost estimate issue - which I consider overtly dishonest, this would have been a raving, 5 star review. The two movers who moved me, Mike B. and Jared K. were just about the greatest movers anybody could ever ask for! They were incredibly careful, experienced, considerate, courteous, respectful, professional, hard-working and polite. They knew what to do in every situation and took extra care of my items. They treated me, my dog and my things so well, that by the end of the move, believe it or not, these movers felt like family to me. It's a shame that the price nonsense stole their thunder. This should have been a thunderously positive review.
Thank you Mike B. and Jared K.. You two are amazing people. And yes, we are a little like family now. :) My best wishes to you both.

Dissatisfied
Boxes were upside down so things were falling out of the other boxes in it that contained craft supplies. Some of the boxes that the movers packed some of my things in are extremely difficult for me to handle as a senior citizen and disabled person because they're so huge.

It seems that they overcharged me
It seems that they overcharged me, a senior citizen, for my 1 bedroom move about $200. The movers (2) just put boxes anywhere, even though they were clearly marked with rooms on them. They ignored my directions about placement of furniture.

AVOID TWO MEN & A TRUCK!
I have never left a negative review due to believing ppl generally do the best they can & we all have bad days; however this is a warning if you care at all about your things. When I called for my estimate I repeated several times how heavy my things are; even mentioned that everyone who has ever moved me says it’s the heaviest they’ve ever moved. So when my 2 men show up my size my heart sank, but I thought some of the strongest men I’ve known weren’t very big; however these guys were also very young & clearly inexperienced. I decided I would just have to help & maybe this will prevent mishaps. For the 2 largest items I suggest they take out the drawers to decrease the weight; they told me they didn’t need to; I mentioned everyone else has taken the drawers out; he said they didn’t need to. They barely got the dresser out (wall is pictured) drawers are easily close to half the weight of this dresser. Eventually they became concerned about the weight of my buffet & called 2 more men changing my rate from $165 to $265, but ok if that’s what we need to get there. Again I suggest removing the drawers on the buffets; but nope they know what they’re doing. In the end a 6 foot Christmas Nutcracker was broken (no pics because they offered to dump it) my antique vanity, I’ll say came apart because they told me how I can glue it back (smh) & broke the slab of TN marble that went on the vanity (pictured). While making the damage report they kept asking for the make & date..clearly no knowledge of how valuable antiques are & why they are valuable (impossible to replace) but according to them they’re going to find me another piece of TN marble & the pulled apart bottom half was on me to repair (smh). In the end my buffet did not make up to my new place and they’re solution to this was delivering it to anyone I could find OR they will SALE it for me and give me the $. Imagine something dear to you just pretty much being taken away, but what could I do. The buffet is what I used for my largest TV so I ask if we can get 1 of the tables we’d already put in my storage unit to set the TV on & they said yes. I didn’t go to my storage unit to watch what they were doing, but when I went to put something in there later I see they have now put a very heavy chair partially on the only part of this antique vanity they haven’t broken (top half) and the leg of this chair is running through my box spring (pics). I put the heavy chair in the storage unit myself due to wanting to make sure it didn’t damage other items & damn if they didn’t do it after all. So in the end I have all these damaged items & the bed they kept saying they we’re going to put together for me to sleep on did not get put together; maybe this was due to my time running out, but overhearing the team lead telling them to slow down & quit being so fast made me think I was good on time. I was told I’d be compensated for the damage & the price over all was reduced a little. The guys were super nice until everything really went left; I’m not angry at them personally; in fact they would have to admit I was a very good sport saying repeatedly “I don’t love anything that can’t love me back”. This crew were just clearly not the 4 men & a truck for this job. What I’ve heard about this company since my ordeal is alarming; if Google was showing all the reviews, NO-ONE would ever use them!
