I have a feeling that the reviews regarding this company all seem to be based on speed of delivery or customer service - I would suspect since they are a newer company they are trying to work out the kinks in this department and/or have a distribution company handling it for them. Has anyone reviewed the actual products they sell? That's what people want to see. How are the actual products working? All I see are delivery reviews. So far my experience has been really good - I'll of course change the review if it declines. But please review the PRODUCTS also. I've received everything in a timely manner.

I've been a TWC customer for a few years. I'm a bit shocked to see some of the negative reviews on this site. I've never had a problem, always received the products ordered quickly and have had great customer service assistance when needed. If I had questions about something, they were answered. We made a mistake on our first order and had to place a corrected, new order. The first order was refunded once they realized that we had replaced it with a different order. Juan did an exceptional job getting back to us and issuing the refund.
