I have been a member of TWC since February of 2023. All my order have arrived on time and complete. The products/medication I have received are superior to other products I have tried in past. I keep a full kit on hand for emergency. I use the second kit for cold and flus. The medication is of the highest quality and works great. I am very happy with the kits and all that go with them. For example, I really appreciate the detailed instruction manual that comes with the kits, which help the patient/me to use the kit properly. From a consumers perspective, TWC are great with their clients. I needed to get a store credit for a mistake I made while purchasing a kit for my granddaughters. TWC was great with helping me with understating my options and issuing the store credit. I highly recommend TWC to a friend or family member. I have given TWC a 5 Star rating for the timely correspondence and kindness TWC has shown me with regards to the order mistake I made. As well as the the timely issuance of my store credit. Thank you TWC!

Robert was awesome! Very Experienced, very knowledgeable, great examples, very approachable, and lightens the mood with his awesome sense of humor.

The order was easily placed. I have placed two previous orders thru TWC; The Medical Emergency Kit and the Ivermectin-Mebendazole product. Both were received without issue. I believe there could be confusion in the ordering process. When placing the order (and I just placed a 2nd order for the Ivermectin-Mebendazole...wife's breast cancer)...immediately after placing the order...on the same website...a continuation page persay, I'm asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire/ registration form. it takes awhile to do. By the time, I complete the form, there's an email in my in-box asking me to complete the form that I've already completed...I think. I'm unsure because the email is from "Charm Health" which is a department of TWC...I don't know. But I think TWC could make it simpler and less confusing. I think the quality of the product is outstanding and I'm thankful to TWC.

I have never had a problem with this company. Their products are great and you’re always treated with respect. The customer support team is incredible.

I’m using the appetite control capsules to compliment my tirzepitide maintenance plan and am enjoying positive results. A 30 day supply is auto-shipped to me every month. I have been taking the capsules for 3 months, and have experienced no problems with the product or The Wellness Company. Regarding Communication, I used the email provided to pause my deliveries while away on an extended trip. They responded within 48 hours with confirmation that they would delay until the date I requested.

Contacted TWC Support to ask some questions about products I ordered and was frankly surprised at the quick and friendly responses. Why? Based on reviews I’d read which made me cautious. However, my experiences with the company customer representatives were satisfying as my questions and concerns were readily addressed. The product I ordered hadn’t been sent due to a snafu but as soon as I contacted CS, my order was sent within hours. So refreshing to be provided with solutions!

I am in my late 70s and truly appreciate the Death of care. The provider I have worked with has been incredible and so knowledgeable that we accomplish much in 15 minutes. He communicates his concern well I have received all of my free supplements in a timely manner. As. I can only say like Julie, that they are so new and so many people coming on board quickly that there is too much to handle and even customer service can be hard to reach. However, support by email has been amazing. A glitch in the system blocked my free supplements for August but they stayed on it until it was fixed and made it right. I get my supplements within one week of ordering. The marketing team is so intense and information out that my prayer Shaft accordingly. And I for one am incredibly grateful. Even with the glitches, rhey surpass most medical offices including, calling in RX to my local pharmacy for Medicare coverage if it’s not covered RX in their membership program. Thank you, Twc!

I have been ordering the natural bee pollen to add to my morning coffee for well over a year. I do it for the health benefits from doctors I trust. I’ve never had any issues receiving my orders and have great communication through emails regarding my orders. I would love to try other products but I do find they are rather expensive. Other than the cost of some much sought after products, I have no complaints.
