I had none of the problems described in reviews on this site. Since the authenticity of reviews is questionable these days, I wonder about the negative ones, as the doctors associated with this company are controversial to some politically. I do however wonder a little about the ability to receive advice from the company and whether profit is more a motivator than wellness.

I order many different vitamins from TWC and although a little expensive - I guess you get what you pay for. I would like to see some of the vitamins in larger quantities, 60, 90, 120 so I don't have to order the 30 day supplements.

Products are good, pricing is competitive. Appreciated the Warrior membership for being a veteran. Communication with TWC has been consistent. They have been patient and concise with me. Have purchased the Wellness kit, Bison Trifecta and DROP products. Will continue to purchase from them.

TWC customer service was helpful and responsive to all requests and questions I had. Also, just a heads up, certain medications or products you may order, e.g., Ivermectin + Mebendazole, require a follow up meeting with a doctor for the order to be processed successfully. Be aware of that in advance.

I emailed TWC Health because I sent for my kit in June but had not received it. They responded promptly to help me. My kit is now on its way to me. I’m very eager for it to arrive. I really appreciated their customer service.

Thank you for asking about my experience and thank you for being willing to continually improve. I have received multiple follow-up contacts to verify satisfaction. For the most part, my experience has been good. Ordering the product went well. The communications with Dr. went well and he was very helpful. The receipt of the product took longer than anticipated and I started much later in the month than planned. The delivery of the product presented an issue due to not knowing it would be sent in two separate shipments. The local phone number for the Pharmacy was 100% ineffective and caused much anxiety and frustration. The response from sending an email to “support @twc.com” took longer than expected. I sought out an answer before a response was received. The contact at the 1-800 phone number for the pharmacy was very helpful and provided the needed information. ALL of the issues could have been resolved with simply providing additional communication of both: timelines for responding and shipping; as well as the fact a 3 pack cannot be shipped all at the same time. There should also be information provided about the amount/volume of product dispensed with each application.

I ordered the Ivermectin/Mebendazole package on 6/5. Originally, once my order went into processing, it showed a delivery date of 9/15. Then, I answered a text about ordering another item by saying that before I order another item, I would like to receive my first item. I just received it today on 6/16. Looking forward to suspected good health and feeling better.

I rate the "experience" average, but this reivew is 4-star for the product. I TRUST products from established and known physicians. I'm now confident that exists at TWC. The delivery time was inconsequencial but I did watch for the final delivery and a few days late was soon forgotten. I am Utterly happy to have this product as I've wanted it for a while and all the crazy covid crap just got in the way. Now finally, I have treatment and it is obviously, and observedly making a difference -- just what I believed ALL ALONG was an underylying issue in my health is coming OUT of me. There is no greater value than that. I understand the complaints of overburdened customer service, but my only concern was, I wasn't SURE of this company yet when you read the negative blather on Reddit and such. NOW, they have proven themselves to me, delivery schedules mean nothing, when I just needed my order fulfilled and it was within 2 days of the expected 10-day. Problem solved. I rest knowing TWC is legit for me now, and just what I need. I'd trust their products over random Amazon stuff.
