We have ordered 2 different times over the past couple of years and received great service. Both were for emergency kits, one for myself and one was for my husband. I just put through another order last night and received an email saying they were processing my order. I have been more than please with the customer service and the response time that I ordered from this company and received the order. It is a great reward to be able to have a company in the USA that you can depend on to get antibiotics and prescription medications. Other wise you are making an appointment and traveling miles to see a doctor. Sometimes you even have to deal with the hassle of getting an antibiotic or a medication from your doctor that you need from them. God Bless The Wellness Company

After several technical issues with the computer (TWC staff worked relentlessly to address the issues), my family member was able to see the doctor and refill a needed RX. Our specialist is 4 hours away and recently left. So this helps until we can get an appointment with another specialist. The doc was straightforward, knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to make the doc visit work. Very impressed. Will use again!

I had a product question and emailed TWC. I received a prompt and very helpful response. Great customer service! After a lot of research I chose to start using TWC products, specifically Spike Protein Detox and the broccoli sprout supplements. I’m confident I’m on my way to better health.

While on ultimate spike detox I developed eosinophilia and a wheezy cough. I called and was advised to stop it and I would get a refund. I plan to check my blood again in December to make sure the eosinophilia clears.
