TWC wants to adhere to a policy of professionalism that is required to be a company that provides medicines and medical advice. Just providing anything that someone wants is just like ordering from India or anywhere else in East Asia. I understand that they don't want to just dispense medicines, like a candy machine. They take their time and do it right, even though it lengthens the time required to get the product.

The process of receiving the product went well, when you must consider both parties must communicate in a timely manner. A doctor speaks with you to approve the meds. People buying the product must understand there are laws and policies to adhere to. Great company and product

Customer service was great I reached out to customer service as my item was delivered to wrong address. They responded in a timely manner and they were able to resolve my issue.

Very responsive. Replaced product right away. The pump on Smile toothpaste was faulty and the product was runny. They responded and corrected the mistake. Great customer service, corresponding with an actual person makes a difference!

I've ordered several replenishment kits and medical kits from the wellness company, and they've done a great job over the years. Their products have worked great for me. I think there is a lot of improvement needed in the customer service area. I've seen several reviews with 1 star regarding medical forms needing to be signed. People, you have to do that if you go to a regular doctor. They're not giving you prescription medications without filling out your information. The shipping could be improved as well.

If you're serious about taking charge of your health and getting away from one-size-fits-all medicine, then this is the way to go. There are a plethora of helpful alternative protocols you might find helpful.
