We had a frustrating experience with The Wellness Company. They didn’t process our order because a medical form wasn’t filled out, but they never reached out to inform us about it. When we realized this and asked to cancel our order, we requested a full refund. However, they claimed they couldn’t process my full refund due to a $50 processing fee. This is ridiculous, especially considering our order was never even processed! It is a big scam. We're very disappointed and would not recommend their products/services to anyone.

Got my products, but the labels faded completely within a few months. When I contacted them and sent them photos of the faded labels, they blamed me for the labels fading saying I had stored them improperly. The meds were stored with all of my other supplements in a cupboard... None of these other supplement labels have ever faded... All of my meds from the emergency kit are completely useless because I can't read the labels. Stay away from this company.

TWC has atrocious "support". Emails that you send with detailed issues or questions are often answered with form letter emails, or with dismissive responses. They absolutely don't answer the questions you ask, and don't help *at all* if you have an issue. This company is a complete scam.

Complete, utter, total fraud. Their whole entire game is to advertise a medical kit filled with prescription drugs that they claim you can purchase without a prescription. When their mark believes the advertising on the website and pays the 300 dollars they end up getting a bottle of supplements "for free" and they are told that they need to "fill out the medical evaluation form" in order to get the medical kit filled with prescription drugs they are not legally able to obtain because they don't have a prescription from a doctor. When they request a refund from Paypal they are then told that each refund request for each kit requires a $50 shipping and handling charge for a med-kit that they themselves never sent. They end up making $50 off of every refund they process, this is how they make their money. There are no med-kits, they don't exist. Look closely at the images on their website, the prescription medications are totally fake, they will never show you what the pills look like because then you could figure out who the manufacturer is and contact the manufacturer to find out if this company is an authorized seller of their medication. Also they are in violation of PayPal's user agreement but I can't post a link. You can always use perplexity(dot)ai and upload paypal's user agreement and TWC's ToS and refund policy.

Last December, I ordered 3 x Spike Support, 3 x Restful Sleep and 3 x Elevated Energy (~$600) and my wife and I been taking them for the last 6 months. None of these products work as advertised. Spike Support - we did not notice any improvement, nevermind getting back the pre-covid feel. Restful Sleep - if anything, my own sleep only got worse because you have to take the pill 30 mins before bed with large amount of water, which for me, guarantees having to wake up to pee in the middle of the night. Wife started seeing more dreams, but dreams only occur during REM sleep and not during the deep sleep phase which this product was supposed to help achieve. Elevated Energy - again, we failed to detect any improvement in our energy levels whatsoever. Also, the 1-star reviews I left for these products on their website over two months ago did not get published, and it looks like now they completely removed all the reviews from the website, yet somehow, they still claim they "strongly believe in transparency because you deserve to know exactly what you're putting inside your body." McCullough and Pinsky – your products are a scam, just like the products and narrative you are claiming to be fighting against. Not sure why I expected anything different from you.

It is not possible to get a real person. They will not answer any phone calls. You must email them and after trying 3 times no one responded. The Medical Emergency Kit was $269.00. No doctor contact just a questionnaire. Because they want to make lots of money on all the kits they hire a company that does compounding which means that Ivermectin is only good for 6 months. Someone is making lots and lots of money off of us. No customer service at all either by phone or email. So disappointed.
