I was so disappointed when trying to order from this company. I cannot believe Dr. McCullough would be affiliated with this fraudulent company. Not only did I never receive the product I paid for. They charged my credit card for additional funds. I’m appalled to say the least!!

MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!? Paid £410 for goods and delivery to U.K. NO OTHER CHARGES MENTIONED. A few days later as via shipping company asked for £136 for insurance!. So contacted TWC who thought this was normal as they have dealt with GLOBAL SHIPPING for some time and found them reliable. To help me they would take the payment and forward to GS. This I did. A few days later GS. asked for £500 to clear customs. TWC said they did not know anything about this. But they even offered to pay £300 of it!? I was told both payments will be refunded and told that the package was only hours away and quote told me to TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH! Despite further contact with chatline …NO RESPONSE. No Goods…Trying for return of money…bank says I have to report to Police fraud line. I am so disappointed and has caused an anxiety attack. Does Dr Peter McCullough know the practices of the company he puts his name to. Recommend the Doctor but not the company CAVEAT EMPTOR - BuyerBeware

I ordered a kit and a week later it was still labeled as “unfulfilled” on their website. I had purchased the kit to take on a trip and my departure date was quickly approaching. Realizing my kit would not arrive in time for my trip, I wrote the company on its “Contact us” site. I explained that the order would not arrive in time so to please cancel it. Two days later I received an email stating “Good news! Your order has shipped!” Bad customer service!

They're liars. I order two products and they said it was delivered and I never received it. I called to the phone number they have and is impossible no answer and email them no answer either.

Thieves liars cheats just imagine what they're doing to the products they send people. They have a negative rating with the better business burro (BBB) as well.... with hundreds of negative reviews... see for yourself. BEWARE!!!!!

Hidden fees, I canceled order before it was shipped , i never filled out patient info. I was charged a processing fee of $50 . Stay away you can get same meds just cheaper shop around. I will join any class action law suit .

Dishonest Practices and Hidden Fees - Beware! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with The Wellness Company. I placed an order for their Medical Emergency Kit (Order #TWC#382573), but the entire process was filled with hidden fees and poor customer service. When I tried to cancel the order, they charged a $50 cancellation fee, which was never made clear upfront. Not only that, but after finally canceling the order, they issued a partial refund instead of the full amount, which was unacceptable. Communication was delayed and unprofessional. I was deeply disappointed with their lack of transparency and honesty. I expected better from a company that advertises itself as trustworthy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with them. It’s clear they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs if you value clear communication and fair treatment. Very disappointing.
