I love this company. I've contacted them numerous time for different reasons and they are always quick to respond, even during the holidays. The products arrive on time and are packaged well.

My experience was made great by the quick responses to questions and helping guide me through the steps needed to get my emergency kit to me as quickly as possible.

Emailed Customer Service with a problem I was having on stopping an auto order and emails reminding me of an auto order that kept coming. I was so impressed with the quick response and they took care of my issue promptly and surprised me with a gift certificate to discount my next purchase. I was really pleased with dealing with a real person through email that responded quickly and fixed everything for me. I also just started the product for weight loss and am enjoying how I can tell it lives up to their claims. Looking forward to some success in weight loss.
